I know this is going straight into the void of tumblr bc people don’t read this kind of shit but I’m not typing this to be read by anyone, I just want to get it out of my head. Today has been a weird day and I’ve been extremely stressed over some things and for the first time in a while I have an extreme urge to cut again. I’m over a year clean and I plan to keep it that way but my brain and my body are telling me to do it. I know where some blades are which makes it harder but I’m trying to distract myself so I don’t think about it. I think I’m going to go take a hot shower and I was gonna shave my legs but I don’t think I even trust myself around my razor. I just need to release these emotions in a positive way so I can go back to feeling “normal” again. Anyway if you read this far congrats, sorry for wasting your time lol.
