aces can’t kiss (variations of ”he kissed a guy, he’s gay not ace”)

the love aces feel for their partners is a lesser form of love/not real love (”let guys love guys” being said to LGBP aces headcanoning a character as a gay ace)

LGBP aces deserve representation less than non-ace LGBP people

LGBP ace representation isn’t LGBP representation but LGBP representation should be enough for LGBP aces

LGBP aces are a lesser or watered down form of non-ace LGBP people

LGBP aces are homophobic for headcanoning an LGBP chara as an LGBP ace 

LGBP aces are homophobic for even wanting to see their full orientation represented in a fictional character

and despite all that they still deny the existence of acephobia.

I really, truly don’t understand why people are so against others hcing lgbp characters as ace too. Being a-spec doesn’t make you any less gay, and acting like it is is incredibly invalidating to people who are lgbp and ace/aro.

ay can we stop pretending like ADHD isn’t a Real Mental Health Issue and is Easy To Deal With? it’s a hugely detrimental disorder that effects performance in school and at work, and personal relationships on multiple levels. with ADHD it’s difficult to implement the routines necessary for day to day functioning. maybe educate yourself before criticizing a disorder that’s very fucking hard to live with.

for those unaware, I’ve been told by several friends they didn’t know this, adhd can effect basic survival rituals. Adhd makes sleep nearly impossible most of the time, makes cooking a too long task which c a n easily lead to a microwave diet, it makes basic reading and comprehension without interest physically exhausting (FYI that means us adults with adhd are fucked) and can even cause major, drastic mood swings as our energy plummets and skyrockets sometimes even resulting in straight up manic episodes. ADHD & ADD are very serious and real stop acting like they’re not a big deal.

if you’re only argument that cis lesbians and cis gay men don’t oppress trans people is the damn acronym, then that’s ashisorical as fuck. the t in lgbt wasn’t even added in until the 90’s, and even though a bisexual trans woman created this community, she was promptly pushed out by gay men and lesbians because, the community wasn’t about “gender, but sexuality oppression”. cis gay men and lesbians have only recently began to give a single fuck about trans folk, so get the fuck out of here with that mess.

anyone in this community that is cis automatically oppress the trans people here, and they too both benefit and often times perpetuate transphobia within the community and out of it. i can tell you from personal experience how much i don’t trust cis gay men and lesbians, because of how much y'all have hurt me. so no, lgb cis people don’t get to forget their privilege above trans people.

the b is only an umbrella term to people who actually want it. many pan/poly/mga people do NOT like being shoved under the b, but you think you have the right to label them as whatever the hell you want to fit your agenda? no you fucking don’t. stop.

I’d just like to add as someone who’s pan, I do not feel comfortable being put under the b label. To me, the b stands for bisexual, not for all pan/poly/mga people. If someone wants to use it as an umbrella term, that’s totally fine! But speaking for/over everyone isn’t cool.
