A #NURSE WHO THRIVE's, read her story: My name is Liz Nonn, I am a 41 year old Mom of 2 lovely little girls, a wife of a Medic, a full time ER Nurse, and a college student enrolled in a program to advance my nursing degree. This is my 8 week Thrive Experience. I have always been very health conscious. Iām a regular at the #gym, I love an early morning trail run, and Iāve completed 3 Tough Mudders. I watched my best friend, Kelly Koerber, Thriving for six months, believing whole-heartedly that I just didnāt need Thrive. I was doing fine on my own, I thought. Finally, on a leap of faith (and a little encouragement from Kelly), I decided to give Thrive a chance. Wow! What a difference! Just three simple steps, and my life was changed! My energy was lifted to a brand new level within just a few short days of starting my Thrive experience. Since I became a Thriver, I run faster, I lift heavier, and I work harder. I spend quality time with my kids instead of drinking a pot of coffee and counting the hours until bedtime. No longer do I dread those days my husband leaves for work for 48 hours and Iām āMom on Dutyā, and the stress that comes with my job in the ER is left at the ER. Iām a happier wife, a more attentive Mom, a more focused nurse and student, and thereās still plenty left of me for me! The best part is that this experience just keeps getting better and better. Every day, I feel like another piece of the puzzle just snapped into place. One month of Thrive isnāt enough; 8 weeks isnāt enough. This journey is worthy of a complete lifestyle change, and Iām so fortunate to have the ability to not only experience it for myself, but to share it with my friends and family.
