From a distance, you'll see something approach. Something along the lines of a rose tinted reflection that keeps coming closer and closer.
Once you and the mirror collide, you'll freeze. You'll frantically search anywhere for a flaw, soon enough you'll realize there is none. It's vividness is unmistakable. It's gaze unblinking, unmoving.
"I need to run," you'll say.
At first, it'll be your fingertips that stain the pristine mirror.
"It was bound to be like this afterall." you'll tell yourself.
Soon, it'll be your body weight pushing onto the mirror with such force that one day, it'll inevitably break in pieces.
Only when the shards shatter on the ground will you realize that whatever was standing in front of you, observing, was nothing but an illusion waiting to be torn apart by your own hands so it had an excuse to dissolve into nothing at all.
"Who are you really? Beneath the carefully crafted masquerade you've drowned yourself in, are you truly more than an empty shell without the luxury of a mask?"

I'm still on my thing, yeah. Johan always peculiarly tickles my mind. I'm not entirely sure if I'm happy with how this one turned out, but I decided it's better to post it than not. The photo of Heidelberg that I used in the background of this photo is public domain and can be found here.

Sachihiko Fukuoka
Wears glasses due to bad eyesight but takes them off during sparring for safety purposes.
He'd be the father figure of the friend group. He tends to lighten the mood when things get tense.
After multiple deaths and missing people were announced at the very school that was supposed to keep them safe, he kept being optimistic. Not daring to wipe the smile off his face. (He had friends and family to keep sane after all.)
Daisaku Aragaki
During his delinquent era he used to be close friends with Togo Atatsuma.
After a pitty argument, their oh-so-close friendship ended on bad terms.
Despite the harsh ending circumstances, the promise they made during their childhood didn't fade: they wouldn't expose eachother's secrets no matter what. (That might be a problem, huh? Considering Togo happens to have a high carreer criminal brother, which Daisaku knows but stays silent about.)
Oh, he and Togo...have an unresolved tension lingering between them, to say the least.
Lacking proper coping mechanisms, he sometimes abuses his position as the enforcer of the student council. Which led him to almost being kicked out twice by the council leader. (Reiichi)
Has a bad habit of zoning out pretty often.
Generally, I see the student council uniforms being black instead of white; which would allow him to blend into the crowd without drawing too much attention. (Yes, they're white in the portrait because I can't edit the color in yansim.)
Tadaaki Sunada
Sure, even if he got to learn proper self defense at the martial arts club, no amount of training can erase the trauma and insecurity he developed due to getting bullied in the past.
That's why he always appears so sad and awkward when he talks. (Which he barely does anyway.)
Ai Duroyashi (his crush) doesn't like him back...Unfortunately. Not to mention, she rejected him in a way that added a great layer of humiliation to his already fragile self image.
Has a matching headband with Sachihiko, whom he views as his older brother. (Who also happens to be his best friend.)
Listens to music in the computer lab every Wednesday during lunchtime as he prefers to be alone, of course.
