Noted? By who? Your professional ****** field agents? Where? In “rehabilitation centers” where you’re ******* torturing us? Wake the **** up and smell the coffee. Or, yknow, those chemcials you force into kidnapp I mean “detained” mutants.

DSANT agents make an effort to always be humane in their treatment of nonhumans--or, as you insist, "mutants"--in rehabilitation centers. No torture occurs, and we make no attempt to permanently harm any nonhuman. Once they accept our help, no nonhuman is forced to do anything.
