“It is. Well I think it is anyway.” Riley gave a shrug. “And I’m a fan of you guys.” Laughing at Cassie’s joke, she ducked her head a little and when she looked back up to see the other brushing her hair out of her face she couldn’t help but bite her lip. “I’m sorry to disappoint you,” She started as she reluctantly let go of Cassie’s hand. “But I won’t be interviewing you or Jess today.” She waves the script around. “I’ve got to go talk to the new champ. “But I’m honoured that I’m your first choice. You sure know how to make a girl feel special.” Riley laughed again, but blushed slightly at how awkward she sounded.
Cassie smiles, really unable to take her eyes off of Riley. “It’s good to know who our fans are. Thank you.” She’s disappointed that they have to let go of their hands, but she knows better than to just leave it there. Riley’s not Jess and they’ve just met. And she can’t put on the flirty act too strong and scare her off. A pout forms it’s way on her face and she’s sighing. “That’s too bad. Maybe one day soon you’ll get to interview us! Really soon. Like maybe next week. But at least you get to interview the new champ, so that’s good on you,” she grins.
