Do you know what's nice? Being able to walk into a shop and pick up a size 8 or 10 and know it's going to fit. A year and a half ago I avoided jeans and trousers and fitted skirts with no stretch as not even a size 14 wouldn't even fit and I was so delusional about my size that I convinced myself it was the shops sizing. However, I couldn't bring myself to buy size 14+ so I avoided it. Now I can easily pick up a size 8/10. I still have 4kg to lose and hopefully I can ditch size 10's forever and be 6-8. Sometimes I need to remember how far I've come. Not giving up

57-58kg on complete empty stomach other than that 58-59kg. Started eating badly again over the past few weeks but back on track. I can't fall of the bandwagon now, it's been super hard as I've lost 4kg and not one person has said anything so I lose motivation. I've got 3kg to lose initially to get to 55kg and 5kg to lose to reach my ultimate goal of 53kg It's really not much to lose I know I can do it but it's so hard with having a boyfriend as I eat triple the amount with him. Even though I've lost overall 15-20kg sometimes I still have the confidence of when I was 75kg. I honestly am so fucked up when I was that big I didn't realise I was that big now I've lost a lot of weight I feel that big.
