Ok. I am putting my crazy theory in the hat. What if the cursed team was Green team? I also believe there was always to be 3 teams unlike Tubbo's theory because the way the Observer spoke at the beginning about the cursed team. It does not make sense now with the Cursed team loses, everyone dies, other team wins they get to pick some eggs. That could only work if there was a middle, that the cursed team was in the middle of the win and loss.

Now things could end in maybe two ways. 1) The observer says that at the end the cursed team lost, Blue and Red figuring who ever lost this event must have been the cursed but the Observer says it was Green all along and because Green lost, everyone dies in the end. (Maybe by Nuke)

2) There is no longer a cursed team because Green was eliminated and both Red and Blue weren't cursed because they terminated the curse? So whoever wins gets to have eggs come home, no one dies.

I have another wilder theory but it be too long and has more to do with the dice, the spinning wheel, gambling, Heaven Hell Purgatory and the number 3.
