Genuinely exhausted by religious people forcing themselves into discussions about psychosis and mental illness to talk about "demonic influence", as though we don't possess more than a century of clinical research and empirical evidence about the human brain (i.e facts).
It is disrespectful to the people actually experiencing psychosis and everything they have to survive afterwards. It is disrespectful to the loved ones working tirelessly to keep them safe. It is disrespectful to the medical professionals who have spent their lives trying to understand and treat extraordinarily complex conditions.
