5 Item Shopping List: Affordable Clean Beauty
I’m back! From a months long bout of writers block to talk about one of my favorite things, beauty, more specifically clean beauty and how to take part in it without taking out a small loan.
Pacifica Kind Tint Tinted Serum $14: This light coverage, skincare based, tinted serum is the perfect option for someone who wants the look and quality of brands like Saie and Glossier on a budget. With vegan collagen, hylaronic acid, vitamin C, caffeine, and niacinimide, skin looks visibly plumper and brighter only one use.
Note: While this product has a year long expiration date, in my experience, it lasted for about 3 months before the formula began to breakdown, however I used almost all of the product before the 3 month mark.
Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser $19: A soft powdery fragrance, with a soothing feel throught the entirety of the washing experience. Vegan and cruelty free with vitamin B5 and rose water, this cleanser is insanely soothing and hydrating while most importantly cleaning off dirt, grime, oil, and makeup effortlessly.
Note: While $19 may seem pricy for a cleanser, skincare is super important and is worth investing in.
Saltair Skincare Deodorant $10: We all know that we should be using a natural deodorant, ones without aluminum and other carcinogens. This $10 natural skincare deodorant uses BHA and Salicylic Acid to keep body odor at bay. This is one of the best smelling, easily accesible, actually working, affordable natural deodorants on the market right now, in my opinion.
Glossier Balm Dotcom $14: With 9 different colorways this nourishing lip balm moisturizes and heals dry cracked lips while looking beautiful at the same time.
Necessaire The Body Detox $15: A gorgeously detoxifying body bar that cleanses and restore the skin, follow up with The Body Wash for a luxe shower experience.
