How rituals improve your experience. If you’ve followed me for a bit, you already know I am a strong believer in and advocate for Self Love and merging all your earthly experiences so you can live your best life, without shame, guilt and owning your innate talent and power. It can be a real struggle to keep yourself grounded and in alignment with your plans. It can be a struggle to wake up motivated and driven every morning, even though you know that you’re the only one with the ability to change your life. Well babe, relax and ease into those things. Crafting your dream life doesn’t have to be focused around ‘grinding, hustling, go go go, go get it, quick sales, marketing from fear and shame. It can be a fun experience. It’s about balance. It’s about figuring out what works for you and your way of being. It’s about you having a vision and taking bold action. It’s about getting out there and presenting yourself in just the way you are. It’s the relationship you build with potential customers/clients. It’s the rituals you craft. Rituals are filled with intention and if you craft your sacred rituals, then you are on the path of extreme self knowledge. When you crack your code, you become this magician in life. You know what you need to do and when you need to do it. You will be aware of your own sabotage and your own uplifting. You will be able to craft a different vision because of all this. You will be able to live that vision, because you’ve crafted the rituals which align with that. All i’m saying is: you do you. You have to silence every other voice in your head and outside environment to tap into your inner knowledge. Everyone is struggling right now. (and all the self made entrepreneurs on the interwebs here..have struggled the same) Keep going, doesn’t matter what you’re after in life. Start with you, start with self love and move into self knowledge and awareness to get you to that feeling of freedom. Love, always. What to do when you’re bleeding (menstruating). Well, what not to do is: making yourself complete tasks which you can’t get your mind & intention into right now. This time of month should be a sacred one. So here are some tips for you to ease through your flow. ❤️Be extra kind to and for yourself ❤️Take an extra long shower ❤️Hydrate babe, HYDRATE! (put some lemon in that water) ❤️Take your vitamins & herbal supplements ❤️Indulge in some comfort foods. Please do! Carbs babe, carbs. ❤️Chocolate (the pure stuff) ❤️Find some good loose leaf tea. It’s a game changer. ❤️Get yourself some CBD oil gummies. ❤️Favorite blanket ❤️A book ❤️Find yourself a good show to just stare at ;) ❤️Move your body. I know this one seems counterintuitive, but it’s necessary if you want to experience less back pain and cramping. 💗Also, one thing i’d like to stress is that this time of month is always coming back up until you hit menopause. So please, if you can plan the heaviest of cycle days in such a way you will experience comfort. If the symptoms of pain, cramping etc are so severe you cannot function at all, please contact a medical expert on women’s health and go from there. Please be aware that any type of tampon can give you: fever, migraines / headaches, dizziness nausea, hot flashes, vertigo etc. Do not confuse those symptoms with regular menstrual symptoms. If you experience any of these while wearing tampons, PLEASE REMOVE THE TAMPON immediately and wait for the symptoms to subside. Do they not subside contact your GP or Gynaecologist. Read up on TSS. How much of your anxiety, frustration, trauma, commitment issues are rooted in the wound of women collectively? Women, historically speaking, have lived through oppression. To understand why you react a certain way is to dive into shadow work. More often than not, we discover that our actions stem directly from our upbringing. Is that entirely true though? Yes, we have had personal mentors in our parent(s) or legal guardians. To uncover it all we cannot dismiss the vast experience we’ve lived through the last thousand years. We cannot negate our way out of rooted (scientifically proven btw) trauma dna. We just can’t. So now what? We have to acknowledge that which we find difficult to deal with. Can we then just take a moment to realize that by trying to fit in, we are discrediting the work of our strongest, most outspoken women of Old? We were never meant to be harnessed in this mold we’re in right now. We were never meant to have people tell us, our moon cycles and bleeding were something just to pop a pill over and show up for them. We were never meant to stop healing our people. We were never meant to hide cunning. We were never meant to be prosecuted. We were never meant to be held captive by a set of rules created by others so our energetic power could be contained. We have to recognize that women are very powerful. You are powerful. How would it feel if you’d decide right now, unapologetically, that you are done feeling this way. Done with the shame, guilt, anxiety and the frustration of living a life less fulfilled? What would happen when you’d decide right now that you were to heal that part of your lineage? How would you feel if you’d wake up in the morning and know that you could do anything you’d want to. Would you harness that idea, way of life, energetic flow? When there is a distinct message coming through in meditation, stillness or other moments where you’re suddenly struck by an idea or thought. Try to remember that message and think about it more. Sometimes it’s a message people need to hear. Sometimes it’s a message you need to hear. The message for today is: If you cannot live in integrity with yourself, you cannot be sovereign. If you cannot live true to your word (to honor yourself) you cannot live true with others. If you keep drowning your inside voice with distractions and giving away your authority to outside reassurance and validation, you will not achieve your goals. Having your circumstances dictate who you are is not the most effective way to live. Sustaining your circumstance(s) because you’ve grown accustomed to the comfort and ‘know how to move’ in certain situations, means just this: you’ve found a way to justify your behaviour. Stop choosing the lazy way out. Yes, it’s difficult to start anew. Yes, it’s uncomfortable to live like your future self. Yes, it will force you to be blunt with yourself and take stock of what you’ve achieved. Yes, you are the only one who is able to change you. So start with that one mantra to up your self esteem/worth. Start by thinking outside your norm. Start by challenging your own beliefs. Start by taking one step which is a catalyst to other steps. Start by not accepting anything less than awesome in life. Start by altering your mindset. By all means though, be kind to the person you are now who is willing to look deeper and excavate the person you’re meant to be. Love, always. Healing is not linear, but always starts with knowing your pain and releasing shame around it. Now, shame is a tricky thing, because we’ve grown up in a society where we’re constantly programmed to have a certain feeling about standardized milestones we have to hit on certain ages. We have been programmed to not do certain things (now i’m not speaking about crimes in whichever way shape or form! - don’t be daft) and we’ve built a shameful experience around it. 

Most likely shame is to be tracked back to the first couple times which you were scolded or reprimanded for doing something. Let’s take ‘speaking up for yourself’. Now how often have you been completely honest and exposed your soul to someone by speaking up for yourself and letting yourself be heard. Without shame. Well most likely, ONCE! Then you got ghosted, yelled at, ridiculed maybe. So in your mind you’ve adopted that negative experience to a normal way of being. Leaving you confused and now you’re building a wall around it preventing you from feeling joy and ease when speaking your soul/mind. You will feel guilt/shame when you do. 

So here’s a tip: if you were to seek releasing that shame/guilt. There’s only one thing you should do. A forgiveness and release ritual. It has worked wonders for many, including me.  Now here’s how that goes: first get clear on your pain and your shame. Identify where you’ve obtained that feeling and in which situation you were.  Ok, that’s a tough one as it is, now you have to accept it for what it is. Accept you being in that situation and feeling it all. Then use Ho’oponopono to release all energetic and vibrational ties to the occurrence. This WILL feel weird and uncomfortable, but say it out loud. 

After you’ve done that and you’ve felt all that is there to feel, scan your body and notice where you hold the shame. Whatever you need to do (scream, yell, grunt, shake, etc) go through and when you come to your ‘normal’, release thought, shame, guilt and the situation.
