I think Inari would like little origami foxes if I made her some.
Like I know she isnt a goddess of Origami, but given her messengers are foxes, I feel like she would appreciate little things like that, you know?

Ahhhhhh Lady Leviathan is officially my partner as of today!
For anyone that’s been following me, this may seem slightly confusing as we’ve already done many couple-y things here recently. But, I say we were just courting and reconnecting. I was getting a feel for things - literally stepping into the water if you will. And now, after we’ve spoiled each other like crazy in such a short time, I’ve decided to follow my heart and ask the big question! Which was obviously followed by an astounding yes! I could feel so much excitement in the air, and, as a matter of fact, I still do.
I stressed myself out trying to think of several gifts to get and things I should do when I ask. But, after some deep thought, I decided I should save these special gifts to give during our relationship instead. So, for today, we visited for a while and my heart swelled with emotion so I just asked as plainly as day.
Now, onto the flowers and chocolates and love notes and acts of affection I shall pour out from this day forward! May we never be separated again 💕
As someone who has been crushing on the Goddess Inari forever now: Congratulations!!
Starting to think the person who exposed me to witchcraft may have been something of a... supremacist. Not a racial supremacist or anything but just, like, a superiority complex.
Examples:
1. I vaguely remember one time they told me I had to have the blood of a witch??? I dont know if they meant like something metaphysical, blood type, or ancestry.
2. They claim to have once "accidentally cursed someone" and maybe I misunderstand how curses and magic work but im pretty sure you cant accidentally curse someone ESPECIALLY whole trying to do a blessing for them.
3. When I said I was going to learn how to do witchcraft they tried DESPERATELY to turn me away saying "you dont know what youre getting into" (duh why do yoy think I said I wanted to LEARN?), among other things.
Am I being crazy?
Sooo fun fact: I am actually a multi-pantheon pagan, I believe in multiple pantheons (i cant remember the proper name for it), and i saw this old man who i believe MAY have been the All Father in my dreams a couple days ago, I would have posted about it sooner but I wanted to ponder on it a bit before I did. Any counsel from my fellow Norse pagan (and other multi-pantheon pagans) about whether it may be so?
This is what he looked like, black birds and all (i cant tell if they were crows or Ravens? But if this the allfather as i believe it to be, probably crows)
Here's a weird idea that came to me.
Mafia family, but they're all witches. Essentially a coven of witches who are also mobsters.
I feel like that would make a fun story.
The primal urge to kick open the Broom Closet door and just start openly doing witchcraft.
I admit my circumstances aren't as hostile as other Broom Closet Witches and thats probably part of the reason I wanna do this, but I digress.
I dont know if this is a hot take in the witch community, but I need to get it off my chest.
SCIENCE AND WITCHCRAFT ARE THE SAME, JUST WITH DIFFERENT NAMES AND LESS AESTHETIC
Deep thoughts with the Deep:
Would a Nation made entirely of witches be considered a Theocracy?
yes
no
I dont know enough to say
Curiosity Post II: Witchy Boogaloo.
Im sorry if this sounds dumb or childish, but what, if any, witchy things have you done or can you do in Minecraft or other survival/sandbox games?
My mind runs rampant.
Im curious: what do you guys think of those little kits you can buy at the store where you literally MAKE crystals? Like fake crystals.
And what do we think of that cool thing you can do with bathsalts where you mix it in water, let it sit until crystals start forming and then just essentially GROWING crystals?
What do we, as witches, think of it?
Do we love it? Do we hate it? Do we just not care? Im curious.
Shoutout to all the witches who live in “less than perfect” environments !!
Shoutout to all the witches with no accessible witch store.
Shoutout to all the sea witches who live miles inland.
Shoutout to all the cosmic witches who live in areas with high light pollution.
Shoutout to all the kitchen witches who live in dorms or spaces with no actual kitchen.
Shoutout to all the green witches who live in urban spaces, where the closest forgeable are the weeds that grow in the cracks of the sidewalk.
Shoutout to the all desert witches who live in lush, rainy locations.
Shoutout to all the witches who live in places where fire can’t be used.
Shoutout to all the broom closet witches who live in non-witchy households.
Shoutout to all the diaspora witches who live in lands unknown to your ancestors.
Shoutout to all the swamp witches who live in dry deserts.
[Sob] thank youuu
Question: what do we think of Pop Culture Paganism?
Me personally I like it and engage with it to an extent, as historically speaking the people who worshipped these gods in the distant past just as much read their myths similarly to how we read comic books, manga, etc
but what do you think?
pop culture paganism IS chill
pop culture paganism ISN'T chill
cant decide/on the fence
Say I wanted to make a sneaky little shrine to Inari (closet witch here ahaha), what offerings could I make to her? I thought of maybe origami foxes, but what else?
And speaking of origami foxes... WHY THE F*CK ARE THEY SO HARD TO MAKE OH MY STARS
