The finished character design for the Dragonborn, Kilrash. ► for sketches. I loved the challenge of drawing believable interaction between Kilrash and Swae, the Bard.⠀ ⠀ It’s hard to make convincing interaction but it adds so much life to the whole piece! You can see how it adds a focal point for the piece and provides an opportunity for other characters to react to their merriment :)⠀ ⠀ My aim in shots like this is to capture an honest reflection of life, removing the element of fantasy and thinking of it as a memorable night out, capturing all the joys, disappointments and potentially regretful actions that usually come when cuttin’ loose and wild shenanigans are involved.⠀ ⠀ This ol’ scaley boi belongs to Gian at @scaraman_cosplay !
