Minho and Gally wanted kids; they just didn't know when. So yes, Nora is technically an accident, but not really. Clara was actually planned.

She is the first child of Minho and Gally.
Nora looks a lot like Gally, the only difference being the hair color and less exaggerated eyebrows, of course.
When she was young, she was quiet to the point that Minho and Gally thought she was mute; she isn't. She didn't talk to either of her parents; she didn't talk to anyone, all except Thomas.
Every time they visited Thomas, she actually talked in the best way she could as a toddler, but only to him. Gally hated Thomas after realizing that Nora only spoke to him and only him. By this time, Clara was born, Nora was 6, and Gally kept Clara far away from Thomas, not wanting to end up like her sister...
When Nora was 7, she started talking more since she had a sister now. Gally had gotten over his hatred of Thomas, since it wasn't his fault, and Nora was only a toddler at the time.
Nora was bullied for having two fathers, but she stood up for herself and got rid of the bullies early on.
As an adult, she spends most of her time in the haven helping out Gally and the other builders, and she joins in on scouting missions as well, despite neither Minho nor Gally wanting her.
As of right now, she's 25 years old.

She is the second and last child of Minho and Gally.
Clara is basically what Minho looked like post-transition, but Minho had long hair back then.
Unlike her older sister, she was extremely social with others and was the definition of sunshine and happiness. She liked hanging around with Sonya a lot, along with Vince and Jorge! She always wanted to visit them!
Clara loves her two dads! But some kids in the Haven didn't; she was bullied a lot because she had two fathers. She never told anyone, not even Nora, since she was scared of getting bullied even more. By the time she was 12, she stood up against her bully, which caused her to get beaten up, and when she came home, her family was not happy, obviously.
As an adult, she spends most of her days either with Sonya or helping out on the farms
As of right now, she's 20 years old.
The two sisters, despite having a 5-year age gap, get along well. They have their ups and downs, but just family.
When Minho and Gally went on scouting missions, they took care of each other and never left each other's side. Every time they stayed or visited Thomas or Jorge and his husband, they were always told stories about their parents.
The two girls' question on how their parents became to be after hearing those stories; at least they're not alone on that.
The fight and Bricker a lot, and everyone says they get it from Gally and Minho.
Nora is overprotective of her little sister. When she found out her little sister was getting bullied, she almost beat the bully to death, but was stopped by the adults.
Nora likes going on scouting missions, but Clara hates seeing her big sister leave. Nora is tired of convincing her to come with her, but Clara is too scared to go.
