Dynamax is the result of external energy (Power Spots) causing a pokemon's body to grow and change to contain it; in this way, it is tied to and builds off of Yang Release and Physical Aura

Z-Power; the Z stands for 'Zenith' and allows a trainer to provide the 'spark' to 'catalyze' the shards Necrozma's Light inside the Z-Crystals provide, which results in limitless Type Aura for the duration of one Move

Magical Energy is divided by Type-MOON lore into Mana and Od, depending on whether it comes from the planet or from magi. I hit the point where my brain stops working because it's just too tired so I'll have to come back to this part later-

The lights were low, the tavern-style eatery was less than populated, and the response to that was a distant “Moment~” that echoed from the kitchen. The question of how a voice could respond to someone in the main area of the bar from that far away was easily answered, the eggshell-colored floatzel(!) exiting through the doorway and approaching the table.

The tinkle of ice in a modest ‘medium’ glass signified him placing down a complimentary Sprite, and the food he offered as a first-customer appetizer was… well, the Sitrus berry slice stuck on the glass’ rim. “Welcome. Sorry if service is a little slow today, I’m running the place alone for the time being.”

Although she paused for a moment at the sight of the Floatzel’s unusual colors, Sylvia paid it little mind and just continued to sit down. Shiny Pokémon were nothing new, after all.

What surprised her more was that this place was apparently run by Pokémon, or at least had some of them working as their assistants. Maybe she could have come in without a disguise after all, but it was a little too late to think about that now. Dropping the illusion would just make people ask questions she didn’t feel like answering tonight.

“It’s fine,” she replied with a nod. “I don’t have anywhere to be.”

It took her a few tries to get a grip on the glass, but she eventually managed to do so with both hands – or claws – and sip from what she could already smell was a sour drink. The taste of lemon-lime soda almost seemed… nostalgic to her at this point. How many years had it been?

She had all but forgotten the fact that a human probably shouldn’t be able to understand a Pokémon’s speech, unless of course Phenos had taken the time to learn their language.

Phenny had spoken in fluent english, though his floatzel vocal chords gave him a peculiar accent that made the language's use rather distinct. The fact that he heard her speak in the tongue of a pokemon despite being human left him pausing, and then doing a double take... and seeing through the illusion in moments, his right eye shining to make sure before a blink wiped the trace away, ideally before his use of Foresight could be recognized.

"If there's anything you need, specifically, don't be afraid to ask," he offered in a low voice even despite the lack of other patrons this evening. Might've smelled sour, but it tasted sweet, and it had a curious 'kick' to it that helped energize the drinker - if normal Soda Pop only restored HP, this restored some PP as well.

He wasn't going to ask about the disguise unless it became an issue, which it likely wouldn't. Hopefully.

The wild had not been generous lately. Most of the time, Sylvia made do with the berries and meat she could scrounge up, but now, she’d been hungry for days. This basic need had brought her closer and closer to civilization, and soon enough, she walked into the first place that resembled a bar or café that she could find.

She expected it to be run by humans, as its counterparts in most towns would have been, and so she came in disguise. The human woman she passed herself off as didn’t exactly resemble a Zoroark in any way, but still gave off the same air Syl tended to in her own skin.

“Hey,” she muttered, looking around before sitting down in the first available seat. Now that she was here, a meal or even a snack could wait. She just wanted to rest for a minute.

The 'zel takes a moment to stare before nodding with a sigh, and ducking under the bar. When he returns, it's with two glasses, both bearing bubblies that smelled as strong as your average drink with the name, just that little bit 'more' with the way the bubbles leapt out of the cup.

<Moments in Time>

- All of Sinnoh being seen from the perspective of inside Alamos Town during the fighting between Dialga and Palkia, except the two of them are now with Darkrai and the entire cast of Legendaries trying to use their powers to turn things back to normal

- Spear Pillar as the human headquarters, the Hall of Origin visible and being used as the Legendaries' headquarters, both of them working together to try and find a way out of this mess only everyone already knows it's a lost cause; in order to provide his children with a means of limit-breaking themselves so they, individually, can use His variety of powers to their maximum extents, Arceus discarded his physical form and rests on the throne in the Hall as the Jewel of Creation (the fact it vaguely resembles a pokeball is not lost on anyone)

- While the pressure on their little slice of world makes the entire Sinnoh Region look like a marble, most humans don't realize that what they can see is only half a hemisphere, at least until something impacts it; Reshiram and Zekrom are the only two now screaming to let it in, regardless of where it's coming from, because that feels like Kyurem and they might even want to try forming the Original Dragon to get out of this. They're desperate enough to try anything at this point.

- So at a steep angle starting from miles below the ocean floor, the 5-Mon Band rises straight up, trying not to evaporate the water they're using to bleed momentum too quickly. And riding the edge of the remains of the world itself, the black sky turns pink on the eastern shore for the first time in months as a miniature star ascends the horizon. Because the Age was created before Gen VII was released there's no recognition for Necrozma in any form, nevermind Ultra. So a single message is broadcast into the minds of all telepaths left alive:
