Men Mimic, Not Mirror

Something I've come to learn is that you teach a man how to treat you by how you treat yourself. If you put you first, he puts you first. If you put him first, he puts him first. Men don't mirror us, they're a perfect mimic. So the next time a man you're entertaining disappoints you, ask yourself how you've been letting yourself down.

The Soft Life Commandments

If you want to go from pickmeisha to living a soft life lifestyle, you MUST FOLLOW all of these teachings:

Never go 50/50. 100/0 is best, but never more than 80/20

Never initiate. Don't text first, don't call first, don't plan dates. NO CHASING!

Don't give more than you get. simple

Show, don't tell. no more long-winded paragraphs. If they fuck up, remove your energy.

Focus on leveling up. Mentally, spiritually, physically.

Don't commit to or sleep with a man unless he starts paying a good chunk of your bills.

Leave after the first red flag. Use your discernment.

Just a "sprinkle" of Sprinkle Sprinkle

Women are finally waking up to the reality of dating men. For too long, we have given more than we've received. We have abandoned ourselves in the name of "true love". Many of us have emptied our bank accounts just to keep a man around.

Now, thanks to creators like Shera Seven, many women are taking their power back. I started watching Shera in 2020 and have been a fan ever since. While I'm glad she has grown her following exponentially, I don't think her words of wisdom were actually meant to reach the masses. A lot of her message gets misconstrued, and many grifters (typically men) parrot her ideas for clout.

The beauty of Shera's content is that you're allowed to take everything with a grain of salt. You can apply her knowledge to your life how you see fit.

The purpose of this blog is to help you shift your relationship dynamic without uprooting your life. Many women have trouble applying Shera's teachings in totality due to already being married with children, having a disability, anxious attachment style, trauma, etc. This doesn't make you a failure, but there are ways to apply her teachings in a way that fits your lifestyle and goals.

Think of this blog as a transitionary stepping stone to living that Sprinkle Sprinkle life, if you so wish.
