Deprivation breeds dysregulation
Constantly and consistently denying yourself the things that bring joy to your life has severe psychological impacts - this is not particular to food, but in today's perpetual diet mindset and social media prevalence, it is especially relevant. Finding a balance is key. The human psyche will always rebel and dysregulate as a result of deprivation.
Your body and brain need nourishment in order to function properly, and the effects recurring deficiencies have on the body are very hard, if not insurmountable and even impossible, to combat and heart-breaking to see play out. Hyper-focusing on 'sugar-free', 'carb-free', 'guilt-free', etc., is doing you nothing but harm. And consuming media that glorifies the current Hollywood trend of being skinny to the point of emaciation is toxic.
Let yourself be fed, and enjoy the food you eat. Find pleasure in producing your meals, find community in cooking with others, and experiment to your heart's content. You have one life only, and living it in a permanent state of denial and punishment for enjoying the simple pleasures it offers is harmful, not just to the body and mind but particularly to the soul.

Spirituality
I dream to study and learn more about spirituality. I would love to go on a quest and talk with practitioners and witch doctors, psychics, mediums.
I would love to know more about how to protect myself and how to come up with my own spells and rituals. Learn more about herbs, and their powers and abilities.
I want to learn how to make powerful oils, and spells. 🪄
I want to go to Africa, Europe, and South America. Learn all I can about spirituality. The good kind of course.
I would then compile and share my knowledge with others. If I had it my way that is what I would focus on.
1-2yrs would be ideal, in traveling, trekking, learning, etc.
i longed to be supported and provided for (and basically kept) for so long...
turns out i need to work on receiving and accepting support better.
oh the irony.
this is probably the result of being hyper-independent and living in survival mode for years.
nevertheless, if i want to fully embody the woman i envision in my head, i must learn to be comfortable, open and receptive to receiving from provider men.
not easy for me though. i'm basically rewiring my nervous system.
