I think people would be less suicidal if they were allowed to talk about being suicidal without risk of being sent to the Torture Dungeon
When sitting alone and bored starts to kill you! Just pick at your skin until you wake up 4 hours later!
He grew up too fast. I miss him dearly.
The Atagari are a species of alien, monkey-like beings that live atop planet-sized creatures known as terravores, each of which carries vast, self-contained ecosystems on its back. Within protective dome cities, the Atagari have built advanced societies dedicated to preserving and safeguarding the dreams of humans.
The Atagari are smart, nimble creators, capable of leaping from dream to dream and surviving in the vacuum of outer space. For countless years, they have endured wars and genocides without ever fully taking sides, instead remaining loyal to their own factions and clans. Their independence has allowed them to survive, even as the worlds around them have changed or fallen.
The Vel’khora are a people formed from raw materials such as porcelain, stone, gems, glass, metal, and wood. They live within a rich and expressive culture shaped by art, beauty, and a history of violent revolutions. To this day, they remain under a monarchy, celebrating as if the world is always on the brink of ending.
As the years pass, their population slowly declines, and the world they inhabit begins to wither alongside them, its former vibrancy fading into quiet decay.
The Brambleen are a group of fairy-like creatures that existed many centuries ago. These divine people are split into two subspecies: the Fatheel and the Bunglbi. The Fatheel have feathered wings, while the Bunglbi have insect-like wings. They also differ in magical abilities. The Fatheel are born from trees, whereas the Bunglbi are born from flowers. These people have been gone for many years, and the only ones that still survive today live in hiding, raising their young with ancient practices.
It's everywhere
There's also it's more 'diverse' fandom twin
[ID 1: drawing of four non-descript characters smiling lined up, three of them have pale skin while one has brown skin and a more mischievous expression, the characters has text pointed to them reading “that one character that gets the melanin because they’re angry/agressive” End ID]
[ID 2: drawing of four non-descript characters lined up, three of them have varied brown skin and expressions while one has pale skin and a more calm smile, the characters has text pointed to them reading “that one character that gets less of the melanin because they’re passive/calm/fancier” End ID]

Tumblr is the reason why I have something I call the cashier test which is, if i told this to a random cashier at the grocery store, would they think you're crazy at best or at worst would they be warranted in leaping over the counter and beating the shit out of you. Karl Marx mpreg is crazy, but not beating the shit out of you crazy. The cashier will probably talk about you to their coworkers and it might even make their day. Telling someone they're complicit in their own oppression by working a minimum wage job at a grocery store makes them warranted in leaping over the counter to beat the shit out of you.
Now in handy infographic form for Tumblr users:
💥Comic problems💥
One of the many things we have to consider when designing characters is how they walk. You have probably noticed that some people walk strangely, perhaps they raise their knees to their chest, or they stomp really hard (like me), perhaps they lead with their head or hips.
One of the many ways we distinguish characters is by the way they move their bodies in conversation. For example I am currently struggling to figure out this one character, he puts on a facade of confidence. I’m imagining he leads with his chest but that feels like ‘real’ confidence (which he does not have) so I have been trying to break down his movements further. The body really expresses the true underlying emotion of the person and he isn’t good at hiding it either.
Bleh, it’s even harder to find examples of what I mean
The Foe are an ancient species of light based creatures with the unique ability to take the magic from one individual and give it to another. They are wise pacifists that live to be a thousand years old and are known to be clairvoyant and often give insights into the future. Although they can be little clowns at times giving vague or misleading answers for a few short laughs.
The majority of them have been wiped out in a genocide, for their knowledge is far beyond our own.
The Aldra are a species of humanoid shadow creatures that pride themselves on strength and brutal revolution. You have never met a group of people so in love with unions. The Aldra come in all shapes and sizes ranging from human-like to straight up blobs.
They “thrive” to this day but I wouldn’t say they live in a healthy society. No matter how much they fight the government there is no use.
The Masami are a goopy group, made up of a liquid-like-skin that can change shape, stretch, and spread out like slime. They are notorious for their law loving nature and draw to learning. The Masami are known to be protectors of knowledge and ancient traditions, although they aren’t that good at it.
They live to this day but with a cost. Their protective nature has led them to being cut off from most of their world and soon they will face the consequences.
Magic? Gross.
I have 10 pages of notes front and back, and I still haven't scratched the surface. I love writing, but Jesus, am I crazy? On a positive note, I have finished 5 docs, each one is for one of the species, and its lookin pretty good! Soon, Solly will post the designs for each species, and I'll post info about each! I realized this is kinda confusing, I am Mitch, and the other co-writer is Solly, she does all the art!
