Authenticity, [aw-then-tik]
Representing one’s true nature or beliefs; true to oneself or to the person identified.
“Nothing is more valuable than your authentic self; there is no reason to justify a synthetic being.” – s.f.  http://tasting--words.tumblr.com/
A state of consciousness in its rawest form would be energy manifesting without circumstances choking it around the neck.
In my opinion, our community takes this quality lightly. I find it dismissed constantly.
Being authentic doesn’t mean you always wear your heart on your sleeve. Or disregarding others to accommodate your need to voice your opinion.
It also doesn’t mean you should know precisely what you want out of life.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â You take accountability for your strengths and weaknesses. You exercise your talents and accept criticism in any form.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â You live what you preach. You will adapt, change, and grow from different morals and ethics; but you stay true to yourself.
-         You learn to forgive the part of you that wants to fulfill someone’s standards and accept you for… you.
-         You learn to fight your own standards you’ve conditioned your mind to aspire towards and live from your true desires.
-         You find a way to accept every part of yourself. Your body, mind, spirit… everything.
Authenticity to me… is part of the stuff that matters.
