Ingredients (2 dozen cookies) 1 cup of softened butter 1 cup of peanut butter 3/4 cup of brown sugar 3/4 cup of granulated sugar 2 large eggs (room temperature) 2 cups of all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 and 1/2 cups of chocolate nutties or maltesers Method 1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Line baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Whip butter on medium speed until light and fluffy. 3.
