I spent an entire day making a very nice loaf of bread for my grandma...
And my uncle coughed on it... he COUGHED. on. it... then I go back to their house a week later to find my bread sitting in a ziploc covered in the most disgusting mold. I'm not saying it hurt my feelings, but dang it stings
dude no wonder americans r so horny for normal baked bread and all this cottagecore shit like i would probably be this way too if the only thing available at stores would b this pre-sliced white toast bread

and obv smaller stores have smaller baked goods sections, but they're still there (well convenience stores only basically get like few shelves of usually just bread and buns but that shouldnt be surprising)

I mean, we have some fresh bread loaves but nothing that matches the stuff in these photos, damn
All the stores in my area either only have gross white sliced bread or the same "baked good" bread in different shapes made like 2+ days before.
Spending hours making your own bread is worth it when those are our only options
Does anyone else weirdly enjoy soft/soggy food?
Crunchy food: 0/10 hurts going down, very loud, hurty teeth, pokey in tummy
Soft food: 10/10 very enjoyable, no one can hear, easy on the chompers, fills tummy fast
Soggy food: 10/10 just like soft food but with extra saucy flavor
After sleeping on a very small couch for 2 weeks my back now appreciates my cheap mattress. It's like I just turned my back off and on again. No more hurty spine
I went to a couple thrift stores the other day and got some cute goblin-esque clothes
1st sweater: 6/10 cozy, good for a rainy fall day, hope the kitten learned his lesson
2nd sweater: 8/10 solid closet piece, not itchy, nice moss color
3rd sweater: 7/10 very soft but not too heavy, brand name has the word bug in it, also found a blue one with birds but it had a stain
4th sweater: 5/10 soft but semi see-through, weird sleeve length, has pockets for rocks and acorns
5th sweater: 9/10 smells like a grandma, embroidered flowers, can be worn at any occasion, has shoulder pads
Turtle neck: 7/10 also a solid piece, good to wear under a sweater or sweater vest for extra warmth
Dress: 6/10 a nice green, flowy sleeves, short enough you can still walk around. unfortunate amount of cleavage space, -1 point will have to wear something underneath
My mom said they're all ugly old lady clothes but I like em. The fact I had a bag of strawberry bon bons in my bag didn't help my case
