I like taking pictures but I never let anyone take a picture of me. I don’t know why, but I’ve always hated it. You could count all of my pictures on both hands, I’m not exaggerating. I guess maybe I hate it because it’s always a point of comparison. “I looked so happy, now I’m not” “I looked so skinny, now I’m not” This brickhead is the closest I’ll ever be of posting a picture of myself. I bought the Go Brick Me set at LEGO Land this week (my first time ever, I had wished for it since I was a small kid) and just built this guy today. I’m really happy with the way it came out.

Studio Ghibli has been a great influence in my life. The first time I saw one of their movies was My Neighbor Totoro when I was about six years old. I’ve loved them ever since. Calcifer is one of my favourite characters and I drew this last year... just animated it now.
