Legs, abs and arms done today.. Progressed on to the 12 - 15 rep range, going a little heavier. Great way to start the week. Absolutely love that post-cheat day pump.. . . Glad to have enjoyed an extra leg circuit of squats, walking lunges (😐) and RDLs - with @skilledandbadass and @oliver_gdl. So my flex still looks like a stretch... 😁 Initially, the plan was to go for an extended version of the @jimstoppani superman program. Today however, chose to go for the 2.0 version of the same - more out of curiosity, at what could possibly be improved. No regrets.... I'm sticking to this. . .
