Robin's one brain cell theory

A person who has only one brain cell will, once information has been given to him/her, take a while to process the information

The theory being it takes time for the one poor brain cell to bounce around the person's brain before it makes the right connection

Note:

Time taken to process the information given has been shown to range from seconds above normal response time to almost an hour, depending on the information and the person involved

Cases:

Kid Flash, Aqualad, Miss Martian and Zatanna have shown evidence of having the above 'One Brain Cell Syndrome'

Superboy, Artemis and Red Arrow have thus far shown no signs of this ailment

I, myself, seem to be immune

Conclusion:

Continue observation of other team members as well as laughing at those who've proven themselves susceptible to the One Brain Cell Syndrome
