the parallels between my trauma and my loved one’s trauma is gut wrenching and i’m feeling angry that this is happening. that i’m reliving everything with more grief and suffering and i can’t talk to anyone about it and feel at peace because who would understand? i lived so many years in fear and i hate that it never truly went away. when will it go away.
