The Vinyl factory is an independent British music & arts enterprise, that brings together musicians & artists across a range of collaborative projects, exhibitions, events and bespoke vinyl limited editions. In existence since 2001 The Vinyl Factory encompasses gallery spaces, music magazine, record shop and the original EMI vinyl pressing plant in Hayes, Middlesex.

In the early Mickey Mouse anime 'When The Cat's Away', Mickey and his mice friends break into Toms house and find some pretty cool instruments. They end up playing them. The three clever little mice pictured here end up creating a makeshift record player. One twists his entire body so it spins, another uses his tail and a funnel to amplify the sound and the third becomes the d-d-d-d-DJ.
