When was the last time you argued with someone and why ?

Honestly I really do not remember arguing with anyone at the moment because I do not have time for none of that stuff. Usually I always argue with my brothers.

How does this paper differs from my other papers?

This is the longest paper I ever had to write. Well the longest paper my teacher have told me to write.Sometimes when I write papers and i have a good topic I can and will do up to 8 pages. I never look at how many pages I do, I always look at my word count. For my Final paper in English 1020 we have to write an 8-10 page paper about the show The Walking Dead.I  am almost at the halfway mark of my paper. I’ll say i started on it last night and made it all the way up to the fourth page.

Thesis Statement

The Walking Dead has to deals with immorality; because some are fighting their inner demons. 

By watching The Walking Dead, what classify someone to be a monster,which is an important question because zombies can also be the monsters.

Rick and his people suffer everyday life trying to survive in a world filled with zombies; hoping that it is a cure for this mental illness disease.

Based on my research so far......

The Walking Dead has to deal with a lot of things. Some conclusions that i have drawn are Humans Are Real Monsters, Kill or be Killed and much more. Certain points in the t.v series you are not able to tell who is what. For example, Rick’s group did not mind killing the living especially when they took Carol and Maggie.Glenn killed his first human being two episodes ago. They are killing to protect themselves and to survive.The group that took Maggie and Carol were the real monsters, they just did not know what they was getting themselves into.

What did I do for spring break?

For spring break I went to work. I did not work the whole break because I did want some time to myself.That Thursday through Sunday I was off. My best-friend came home for spring break as well. She goes to Butler in Kansas, so I was happy she came home. We had a lot of catching  up to do.We went and got our tattoos together, the mall, and the club. Our plans did not good, we were supposed to be in Atlanta but things do not always go as you plan.My spring break was still good at the end of the day. I was a little mad because we did not get to go out of town but there is always summer.

When do you draw the line?

There is no telling who you may be killed by in the walking dead. Friends may turn on you. In season 6 there is a lot of killing especially to people that are not zombies.Some of the killing is self-defense or murder. If someone is coming at you trying to kill you that is self-defense.It is another group that is trying to kill Rick’s group. In my eyes none of it is murder because Rick’s group is trying to save each other from those bad people. I only caught the end of the episode last night.

Annotated

In The Walking Dead, Humans are struggling to survive in a world that is overrun by zombies. They try to figure out what is the best way to survive in a hopelessness environment. When you become a zombie all your human moralities’ are gone. Zombies are considered as dehumanize creatures because they are less of a human. Watching The Walking Dead you will see that dehumanization is going on every day to the humans that are still living. Once you are bite or die because of nature because you are now a part of the zombie family. In the episode 18 miles out,Rick and Shane had an complex argument with other to decide if they should keep the teenage that tried to kill them .

season 6 episode 10

Last-night while watching The Walking Dead, Rick and Daryl was hunting for food, they came across a truck filled with goodies.In the process of them hunting they ran into this guy that calls himself ‘Jesus”. Sound crazy huh! They both went heads on with Jesus. When Rick was fight him the guy took his keys. He was so clean and look like his beard was trim up.With him looking so clean, he had to be at a camp but he said he did not have one.He took their truck that they had all the supplies in to take back to the house.Jesus did not get far at all, because Rick and Daryl tracked him down. That is not the only thing that happened, Rick and Michonne hooked up. I did not see that coming at all.

Mid season

My favorite part of the mid season episode was when they were walking through the zombies with zombie guts on them.They are very brave for doing that. The only thing is Sam started to the about what carol had told him, and he stops in the middle of walking through a herd.Everybody told him to come on but by that time the zombies realized they were humans.The zombies took down the whole family within 40 seconds. At first I just thought it was a dream until Carl eye was bitten by a walking. Now Rick rushes him to the little house that has a nurse in it and Carl is saved. I think it is really going to be hard for Carl to see and kill the zombies now because he is eyeless.

What would you do with Randell?

I probably would have kept Randell but he would have to be separate from the group. Most of the time I do not agree with Shane because his mind is delusional .In this case I have to agree with Shane because he tried to kill them so why not kill him or leave him for the dead.Saving him may not be a good plan because you may never know what someone is capable of if he tried to kill you once it is a possibility he might try it again.Keeping him alive may be a good thing as well because he may can help out the group. As Gale says he may be one of them and you do not kill the living. The world is not how it used to be, it is kill or be kilt.

Human are real monsters!

In this case you become a monster either way. In the walking dead a lot of zombies have the erg to anything that is living. I do not even see how they manage to dig their hands inside someone body to eat the organs. Not only the zombies are the monsters but the living can also be the monsters . People do anything just to stay alive. They start killing the living especially if they felt like they was going to be trouble to the group.In one episode everybody start going crazy and jumping on each other. The zombies made them turn into monster.

What interests me about this project?

There are many things that interest me about this project. One thing that interest me is that The Walking Dead is about zombies. I think the way the actors’ set it up is cool. Zombies are very different people they only survive by eating off humans or any living thing.The way that the zombies are made up and dress. The director really did a great job with making this show. Another thing that interest me about this project is that everybody comes together to help one another to survive. In some cases others would not even care if u do not survive especially if you are not in their group.A lot of people put their lives on the line to help others. For example, when the walkers came in a herd on the highway Sophia took off in the woods to get a way from them and she never showed back up to the highway so they went out searching for her night and day.

Rick and Lori

If i was Rick i would have felt some type of way because your wife is pregnant and been having an affair with your best friend.I understand that Lori thought Rick was dead but where does the hope come in at. If i was her I would not believe what Shane said, I would have at least went to the hospital to look for myself. Honestly I think Shane always had a thing for Lori because of the simple fact when he told Lori Rick had died. You can look into Shane face and tell that he has an evil soul.Now Lori has to decide if she should let the abortion pills go down or should she spit them up.I get why she is thinking about killing the kid before it is even born and that is because she  may not know who the Father is.

Jackie, Andrea, Gale and the doctor

The doctor had been locked up in the CDC for a while now and he do not have anybody left, the generator is losing juice so he decided to stay and just kill himself. Jackie feel the same way as the doctor and she decides why should she still be here.She loses faith and stays at the CDC which is a death zone. Andrea decided to stay with her because of the simply fact she lost her sister yesterday night to the zombies.She went into a depressive staged, it was like she still was in shock.Gale think he has no choice but to stay there with Andrea because he strongly cares for her and says she not in this along.In the process of them waiting for the building to blow up Gale ends up talking Andrea out of her decision that she has made.The caught the rest of the group just in time. Coming from my perspective I feel like they had a reason of committing suicide. The world was falling a part. It was nothing left but zombies. If I was in that situation i would have left with Gale and Andrea because there is life still left.

Moral Dilemma- do you risk many people for the chance to save one? Or is no one person worth the lives of the whole group?

I feel that Rick is a good leader.He risk everybody life to go back and save one man from off the rooftop, but when they got there he was gone. Personal I think it was a good idea to go back and get him because the more numbers you have the better chance you can protect each other .It was a bad idea also because people could have gotten killed or maybe even bitten.Rick went back because Merie is Darryl brother,Everybody had just met Rick an he was already the boss man. He deserves to be a leader, he makes people feel safe when they are around him.Rick had hope that everything was going to be okay.

The foundation between Rick and Shane

In the beginning of the walking dead rick and shane are sitting in the car having a general conversation. The conversation that they decide to have is about "What makes woman different from men."  From my perspective of the conversation they are best friend. Shane tried to make that question out of a joke but in reality Rick and his wife are having relationship issues. Rick and Shane been working together as a cop for years, they also went to high school together. I feel that the director want us to point our attention more towards Rick. I think that Rick is the main character.

First time watching the walking dead

My first time watching the walking dead was with my brother he love that show.My reaction to the episodes was omg zombies and start watching it more.
