Whiskey Rebellion with Pimms and Rye
To a cocktail shaker with ice, add 1 ounce of Pimm’s, 1 ounce of rye (we like High West Rendezvous rye), ¾ ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice and ¾ ounce of simple syrup (equal parts sugar dissolved in hot water). Shake it all up, strain over fresh ice and garnish with a lemon wedge).
