A Small Reminder For OSDDID Systems
There is no such thing as the "perfect system." Your brain developed this disorder in the best way it saw fit to help you survive. As such, your system structure and the way it functions is specific to you, the trauma you underwent, and the way you reacted to it.
You might have more nonhuman alters than other systems, or you might form introjects easier. You might have hundreds of fragments, or you might have none. You might have 2 alters, you might have 10, or you might have hundreds.
Your system is catered towards your specific needs. While we all share symptoms and aspects in common, our systems are unique to us. What that means differs from person to person. Some might have hundreds of introjects, and some might have none. Both system were needed for their body's survival.
Your system is valid as it is, even if others try to tell you otherwise. What your system "should" be like is exactly how it already is because it's your system, and it was made to help you survive.

Not all amnesia is equal.
Some systems have partial blocks, not remembering close friends names or frequent fronters' favorite foods when asked.
Some systems have full blackouts to where alters aren't aware of any external elements prior to fronting and learning them.
Some systems forget memories and traumas. Some systems have alters that shove away memories so those who can't handle the information don't see it.
Sometimes alters won't even know there is amnesia within their system.
Sometimes they won't know what they've forgotten.
All amnesia is not equal, however, all amnesia is important to acknowledge.
Amnesia is tough to work around but you can work through it. You can improve system communications and healing.

one thing that I don't see a lot of people talking about in regards to fictive heavy systems is that if you are stuck in the same unsafe situation that caused your trauma, you are going to be predisposed to split more.
if you are a minor with access to the internet, you are more likely to use the internet as a coping mechanism to distance yourself from the situation you are stuck in. And if you are still actively being traumatized and use media as a form of escapism YOU WILL HAVE A LOT OF FICTIVES.
fakeclaimers that see fictive heavy systems and immediately assume that they are faking are just being belligerent at this point. And the argument falls apart even more when you consider the fact that a fair amount of systems are also adhd or autistic and will be even more likely to turn to hyperfictations or spins during times of stress, causing them to (potentially) split off of that thing even more then a nt system.
anyway tldr: fakeclaimers are silly and don't do adequate research and fictives I love you mwahh

Honestly, the Rise Of Introject Heavy Systems™ makes a lot of sense when you realize
1. Gen z grew up with the internet, exposed to literally every single character that exists
2. Comfort splits (splitting an alter for the purpose of comforting another alter) exist, and can go on and on with any alters/headmates

Dear Fictives/Factives, it's okay not to identify with your source. It's okay to identify with your source. Remember that you are your own person and that's all that matters.
Dear Gatekeepers, take a breath. I know that it's hard. It's going to be alright. We couldn’t do this without you.
Dear Littles, you're lovely. Keep it up buddy, remember that you're amazing.
Dear Persecutors, you are not evil. You are not a 'bad alter.' You are just as important as everyone else.
Dear Protectors, it's okay to take a break. You are going to make mistakes, and that's okay. You're doing your best and that's perfect.
Dear Self Destructive Alters/Trauma Holders, it's not your fault. It is not your fault. You don't deserve any hate, you don't deserve any of those awful things. You're deserving of the world and one day, some day, you will get it.

Being a system means wishing you can choose both of these choices at the same time:

btw, if you say you're a system, or if you say you're plural, I will believe you. no matter what. it doesnt matter how many alters you have, amounts of amnesia you have, how good or bad your communication is, whatever. if you say you are plural, then in my eyes, you are plural, and I will love you no matter what.

it was bad enough. it was bad enough. and I'm so sorry that you had to go through something like that. even if others have it worse, you still deserve better than you got. it was bad enough.
do any other systems have weird moments where it's not like 'multiple alters are fronting at the same time' but more like 'multiple alters are surfaced enough to contribute thoughts and talk'

Social isolation can be traumatic.
Neglect can be traumatic.
Not having friends can be traumatic.
Being alone all the time can be traumatic.
Bullying can be traumatic.

People really need to learn how to acknowledge systems outside their own comfort zone.
There are systems with a lot of introjects (yes including fictives) that are 100% fucking real.
There are systems with complex and vivid innerworlds that are 100% real.
There are systems with hundreds and thousands of alters that are fucking real.
Fun fact systems on social media are, in fact, real people and not just an entity that exists on the internet. Tumblr is a social media that houses real people, including systems, and so is any other social media a person can use. Just because you think something is "cringe" doesn't mean the person is faking their disorder.
Stop fucking fakeclaiming people, it doesn't help anyone and you look like an asshole.
Just a reminder.
DID/OSDD systems are valid no matter how complex they are. These conditions arise as a response to severe traumas, leading the mind to fragment into different identities. Each system is unique, with its own set of identities, and all of these identities are real and important.
No two systems are alike. Some may have just a few identities, while others may have numerous ones, but that doesn't make one more valid than the other. Each identity serves a purpose in helping the person cope with their past experiences.
