Things have been crazy lately so I just wanted to take a moment and remind you to love yourself because you are important! No matter who you are or where you come from! Don’t ever let anyone tell you otherwise!
I decided to make a step by step “How-to Jenny’s Witchy Brew” for Self Love ~ Rose Soy Milk Tea <3
Things you will need: -Rose Tea: I get mine at 99 Ranch Market but it’s essentially just dried rose hips so if you have rose hips that you can dry out, that will work too! You will want to use 6-8 rose buds, the more you add the stronger the flavor!
-Organic Soy Milk: This can be regular milk or almond milk, I prefer unsweetened organic soy milk. If you decide to use soy make sure it’s organic! Brands such as ‘Silk’ isn’t good, even if they claim it’s organic, for some reason it burns and wont cook right. It’s gotta be the real deal! For this recipe you only need 1 cup. -Honey: Any kind of organic honey will do, if you have herbal honey that’s even better for adding more florals to your tea! I usually add about 2-3 teaspoons, but feel free to add to taste! -Cinnamon & Nutmeg: This is optional! I like to add just a pinch of both spices to add a little kick to my tea. If you don’t care for spice try ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract instead!
-Sugar: This is also optional, I like my tea to be a little on the sweet side & since we are using organic unsweetened soy milk it helps to really sweeten it up! I only use barely a ½ teaspoon, but just add to taste!
-Small Pot
-Mesh Strainer: For removing the flowers once it’s cooked.
-Your Favorite Mug! Mine is a black mug with my astrological sign gold leafed into it!
Before starting, take a moment to close your eyes, clear your mind, breathe deeply through your nose and slowly release through your mouth (do this a few times). Visualize letting go of any negativity or weight you may be carrying on your shoulders…now…
<3 LET’S GET BREWING! <3
1- Pour soy milk into pot, turn heat on low
2- Add rose tea, gently crumble a couple of the buds
3- Add cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar
4- Add desired amount of honey; while you slowly drizzle it in feel free to draw symbols with it such as hearts or infinity symbols- whatever you feel is right for helping to instill your manifestations of self love into your tea!
5- Stir your brew clockwise! While slowly stirring visualize the self love that this tea will bring you & say some positive affirmations about yourself such as:
“I love the person I am, I am strong & caring, I am creative, I am beautiful inside and out…” say whatever best suits your needs for self love and take a moment to appreciate the wonderful person you are! <3
6- Let your tea brew for approximately 10 minutes on low stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. DON’T LET IT BOIL! You want to create an infusion of the flowers which means a longer slower heating process. Boiling will mean scorching the flowers and milk!
7- You’ll notice the rose buds will begin to loose their color, remove your brew from the heat to let it cool and allow the tea to steep for about 3 minutes.
8- Remove roses with mesh strainer and compost.
Enjoy! As you drink, visualize your tea as a pink white healing light of love and remember your affirmations taking deep breaths in-between each sip! <3
I hope you all enjoyed this & that your tea was delicious & full of positive energy! Feel free to try making this with other flowers which have different properties such as: lavender & chamomile for happiness and relaxation! Much Love <3

⏰ ⏳ Wait for It ⏳ ⏰
inspired by lin manuel miranda’s “hamilton”. maybe you messed up, dropped out of college, it feels like you’re not moving forward. this is a spell to gather your energies to prepare you for your next endeavor.
I am the one thing in life I can control. I am inimitable, I am an original I’m not falling behind or running late, I’m not standing still, I am lying in wait
⏰ gather: a jar, celery leaves, bay leaf, thyme, and quartz.
⏳ fill the jar with bay leaf and thyme
⏰ nest the quartz inside the jar, and seal it.
⏳ tie the celery leaves to the outside of the jar.
⏰ wait for the celery leaves to dry completely. you can wait till long after, but not before, to break the seal.
⏳ take the quartz and keep it as a charm on your person.
⏰ play the song while you perform the ritual, dance and sing along if you like.
If u aren't that busy, can I ask for a job spell. I've a friend who isn't happy with his job. I want to cast spell for him. He applies for job at different places but never gets in. Sometimes he doesn't find opportunities. His family is gettin broke& I feel bad. A simple candle spell would be okay for me. I don't have crown of success oil or crystals in my country. All I can find are candles or herbs related to employment like bay leaf, Cardamon. Thanks for your time in my spell.
job prosperity spell
write his name on the bay leaf, sprinkle the cardamon over it. Burn over a green candle. chant as it burns:
“Willing to work, but better for a more decent buckbring (me/him) a job, by the candle i gather good luck”
Reconciliation Spell Bottle
This spell bottle is to help reconcile with an old friend or lover after you get back in touch, especially when a bad fight or hurt feelings were the reason you parted ways.
Ingredients and supplies:
Egg Shell
Juniper Berries
Sage
Rosemary
Lavender
White and Black candles
Two small pieces of paper and pencil
A cauldron, or other safe vessel to burn things in
A small bottle or jar, with a lid
A cleansing method of your choice. I used my bundle of sage and lavender.
Optional: Fire-safe tongs, if you’re uncomfortable holding onto something that is burning
Optional: Crystals relating to your intent. I used rose quartz for love, amethyst for healing, and lapis lazuli for protection.
Optional: Incense relating to your intent, a cleansing incense like sandlewood, or a meditative or calming incense,
Optional: Moon Water
*Ideally, all of your herbs should be dried, as these are less likely to cause mold when stored long-term in a sealed container.
I started off by lighting both of my candles and my incense and reflecting on the negative feelings I was having surrounding the person in question. I then took one of my pieces of paper and wrote down the person’s name in the center, followed by all of the negative emotions literally surrounding the name on the paper. Write them as many times as you need to to feel like they are all laid down bare before you, and you have them all out. Once I finished, I folded this page up until the feelings were minimized in a tiny bundle, then lit it on fire with the black candle (for banishment) and dropped it in my cauldron to burn before blowing out the candle. As it burned, I repeated the words, “With this fire, I purge the negativity in my life surrounding (name).” Once the paper had burned to ashes, I brought the ashes outside and threw them to the wind to make what was left of my negativity disappear. Next, to ensure there were no traces of the negative energy in my work-space, I cleansed the area and all of my materials with my sage and lavender bundle. I wiped out my cauldron, making sure to get every last bit of ash out, as well as wiped it clean with a bit of moon water. Once this was done, I placed my crystals into the jars containing my ingredients for an added energy boost. The lapis lazuli with my egg shells, the rose quartz with my rosemary, and the amethyst with my lavender.
As these sat and absorbed energy from the crystals, I took my second piece of paper, again, writing the name of the person in the center. Surrounding this, I wrote all of my intentions. You could also create a sigil for this, if you’re so inclined. Some of the things I wrote were, “ I am free from hurt.” “I forgive you.” “I forgive myself.” “I am free from negativity.” “I am free from guilt.” “I am full of love.” Once I felt like everything was out there and there was nothing left to say, I folded the paper just once and lit it with my white candle (for cleansing, action, and energy) and dropped it into my cauldron. As it burned, I repeated the words, “With this fire, I charge the written words so that they may be brought forth to action.”
After the paper burned, I placed those ashes in my jar, reciting, “May the ashes of my words provide the foundation for which this spell may act.” Next, the sage: “May this sage cleanse my spirit of negativity and allow my heart the freedom it deserves.” Next, the rosemary: “May this rosemary provide remembrance of the happy memories we once shared, in hopes that love may blossom once more.” Next, the juniper berries: “May this juniper banish the ugliness of the past.” Next, egg shells: “May these egg shells protect me from future negativity and hurt.” And finally, the lavender: “May this lavender bring forth healing, and peace, so that hurt may never fill my heart again. I left the jar half full, signifying an open heart that always has room for more love, and ample room for more happy memories to soon fill the space. Finally, I sealed the jar with white wax.
New Year's resolutions are basically no fun: They're boring, disheartening, and pretty much impossible to achieve. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't be setting goals for the new year, and doing whatever you can to bring good stuff into your life in 2017. Have you considered casting a witchy spell

The Etiquette of Herb-Gathering
As a practicing Witch and small-scale herbalist, I often find that when I’m out and about I’m also absentmindedly on the lookout for any new, interesting or useful herb species that might help me in my practice. I even carry a small clean jam jar and a sharp penknife in my handbag at all times for if I spot a herb I just can’t resist and need to take a cutting of it for my collection back home. However, while I’m avidly seeking out roadside feverfew or happily snipping cuttings of a rare cultivar of lavender or sage, I’m always acutely aware of why I call the etiquette of herb-gathering.
These are a few simple rules by which I suggest all foraging Witches, alchemists and herbalists should abide that dictate the correct course of action for those who seek to collect herbs from places other than their own gardens. They are mostly fairly common-sense, but a few are ones that might be overlooked, but which can actually be of profound importance!
I will list the rules below, but bear in mind that it’s not like this is some onerous obligation that must be fulfilled, and nor is it some sort of “Witchcraft commandment” or infallible and unchanging list of sacred laws. These are a few things that I created for my own usage, and nobody else is under any obligation to use them. If you choose to do so, I’ll be thrilled; if you find a way to improve them, please do reblog this post with your corrections!
The Etiquette of Herb-Gathering
Remember that all plants are living things, and if you harvest them too severely, they will die. This seems obvious, but you’d be shocked how many people forget! This is especially important when what you’re harvesting is the plant’s leaves - always remember that leaves are how plants make their food, so leave enough of them to enable the plant to keep growing strongly.
Never forget that you may not be the only one foraging. Make sure that, when you harvest a wild growth of a herb, there may be others in the area who would also like to harvest that plant. Take only a little from a lot of patches, rather than using only two or three patches, but taking almost all of what is available at each one. This will not only ensure that other foragers can use that patch too, but will mean that when the patch regrows, you’ll know where to go back to in order to find it again instead of needing to hunt down a new patch each time.
When foraging on another’s land, ask their permission first! This seems so straightforward, but sadly people forget that plants growing in other people’s gardens (yes, even their front lawn) are that person’s private property! Taking cuttings or fruits from plants on that property without the owner’s permission is legally theft, and can be punished just like shoplifting or stealing a bike from a railing. It also means that the owner will know that their plant is looking smaller because it’s been harvested, rather than them thinking it’s died or been eaten by some wild herbivore.
Always cut stems at a diagonal angle. Never snip a stem so that it forms a circular, blunted end, because this can allow rainwater to build up on the surface of the cut. This rainwater can trap fungal spores, and cause the plant to get a serious fungal infection that may damage or even kill that whole patch. Instead, cut the stems at a roughly 45° angle, so that water beads up and rolls off more easily.
When collecting flowers, remember that other people like to look at wildflowers. Never take ALL the flowers from any wild plant, both because it prevents that plant from reproducing as it naturally wants to do, and because it means others who walk past the plant don’t get to see it’s beautiful blooms! If you own the plant, that’s another matter - you may WANT to snip off all flowers to prevent it from bolting, like with parsley. However, with wildflowers, always leave at least half the flowers on the plant so that it can continue to reproduce as nature intended.
Never pick a plant you can’t identify with total certainty. Yet another seemingly-obvious one that is nevertheless often ignored. This is often quoted for fungi, because some fungi can be quite poisonous, but if anything it’s even worse for plants. The medicinally fabulous plant known as yarrow, Achillea millefolia, is a very useful plant and a common component of herbal medicines. However, it looks almost identical to spotted water-hemlock, a species of plant so deadly that one bite can kill you in 20 minutes. Make completely certain that all plants you collect are positively identified, and that you flag all plants with commonly-confused poisonous cousins for further identification later if you’re not 100% sure.
Never harvest flowers from plants around beehives. Bees are one of the most important families in the natural world, being responsible for the pollination of tens of thousands of species of flowering plants all over the world and on every forested continent. Whilst most species of bees are solitary, and don’t form the large hives we assume are common to all bees, those that DO form vast colonies need similarly vast numbers of flowers to support themselves. When you come across a beehive, especially a boxed hive that’s clearly domesticated by humans, try to avoid harvesting any flowers from within 500 metres (about a third of a mile) around the hive(s). The hive needs all the nectar and pollen it can get, and due to the rising threat of colony collapse disorder the life of every single hive is a precious thing that must be preserved at all costs. It might be inconvenient for you, but it’s worth it.
***************
These are just a few of the major rules that I personally suggest all foragers and herb-gatherers take to heart. Remember that you’re not the only Witch who needs their supplies! Thank you for reading :)
– Juniper
An easy and simple simmer pot spell that will help get rid of anxiety, negative energy, and anything thats bothering you. I created this spell using fresh lavender and spearmint from my garden. I also added dried chamomile for extra calming! I was so excited to create this spell using herbs that I grew this year, that I just had to share with you all! I decided to use fresh herbs and plants so I could smell their wonderful aroma in my home.
Directions:
1. Gather fresh cuttings of lavender and spearmint. They don’t absolutely have to be fresh, dried will work just as well! Also gather dried or fresh chamomile. Optional: Chamomile & Lavender Essential Oil. Spearmint smells delightful and is great for headaches and calming when used in aromatherapy. Lavender is well known as a calming herb and smells beautiful. The aromatics at play here will delight your senses.
2. Fill pot with water and add in ingredients. While throwing in the ingredients, focus on letting go of your frustrations. Let go of your troubles.
3. Bring to a low simmer. As you stir, stir both clockwise and counter clockwise. While going counter clockwise, think about the feelings and energies you are trying to let go of. While stirring clockwise, focus on allowing calm feelings to wash over you.
4. Smell and breathe in some of the aroma from the pot. Let it calm you, strengthen you, and revitalize you. The aroma is captivating! Enjoy it!
5. Take pot off stove and allow to cool. Store in a small bottle. When you’re having a bad or frustrating day, pour some of the water on your pulse points and focus on letting go of frustrations. Intent is key here.
Let me know if you try it! I hope you enjoy it! :) It’s one of the first spells I created as a green witch. I love simmer pot recipes, and thought I would add a witchy touch!
