fundamentally what this proves is that biphobes have never actually met real bi people off this site (and i’m truly thankful for that tbh). and neither have these self-hating white bisexuals who spew stupid garbage either. none of you are accustomed to seeing a bisexual person talk about anything, including their serious and legitimate struggles under heteropatriarchy. and so you take bi people getting to be happy and open and themselves online, or you take the posts written by misguided and idiotic bi people who literally don’t know Anything about Anything, and extrapolate and think this is what the Bi Experience ™ is or what Bisexuals ™ are like. 

if you’ve never met a bi person than yeah, you of course you won’t know why bi women talk about how rare and wholesome it is to be in a relationship with a bi man as opposed to a het man. you just see that as us claiming we’re “queering heterosexuality” or “forcing gay and lesbian people to care about hets”. 

of course you won’t know why we talk about invisibility and erasure as ~actual issues~ rather than just us whining on the internet, bc you don’t happen to know that said invisibility and erasure (deliberately engineered by straight ppl, especially straight sexologists and psychologists beginning in the late 19th/early 20th century) contributes to the material violence we face. bc you don’t know that bi women experience the highest rates of intimate partner violence out of ANY groups delineated by sexuality, and that 90% of their batterers are men. you don’t know that porn categories that fetishize bisexuals exist. you don’t know that there is an actual epidemic of straight couples unicorn-hunting for bi ppl, especially bi women. you don’t know that many bi men died in the hiv/aids epidemic and that the heterosexual media back then scapegoated bi men as being “carriers of disease” to the straight community. you don’t know that bi men experience sexual violence at the hands of straight women. you don’t know that bi people are actually overwhelmingly closeted, in spite of their numeric abundance. you don’t know that bi people struggle with alcoholism, addiction, depression, and suicidality. you don’t know that bi people, esp bi HIV+ ppl and bi ppl with STI’s, struggle getting adequate health and sexual care. 

if all u ever see of the bisexual experience is bi teenagers making harmless posts or writing stupid posts that aren’t Woke, or all u know of bisexual scholarship is shiri eisner’s trashy theory, then of course you’re inclined to see bisexual people as your one true oppressors and as the originators of homophobia.

Hello ! Im Bee/Mica and im once again reaching out to the community for some help regarding my pets’ health because capitalism fucks us all over and having animals can get pretty expensive, phew ! As mentioned, im on disability pension because i cannot work, but im planning on opening commissions soon to raise some money for this, as well.

I’m using the cheapest vet I have in the area and i’ve got a pretty decent estimate of the costs:

female cat sterilization is 125e/cat. Together that’d make 250e

female dog sterilization is ~350e, but the prize fluctuates more depending on the size of the dog and how much medicine and time the procedure takes.

Altogether, getting all my pets fixed would cost around ~600e

and while I’m saving what I can to afford that within the few months, any cent that people can spare to help out a certified sun lesbian and their pets would be greatly appreciated !
