“How do I do that if I cant leave the fucking house, oh wise one?” Tate asked with an eyeroll.

“I didn’t mean you,” Oliver responded, agitated by Tate’s comment. “You’re actually dead.” The words came out harsher than he had intended. He sighed, then mumbled an apology.

Tate laughs. “Its alright dude, what other poor sap do you know whos ‘dead?’”

“Not me, that’s for sure.” He looked over at Tate. “I’m starting to think that maybe I can’t die, like it’s physically impossible.”

Tate raises an eyebrow. “I supose you tested this theory atleast once?”

“I have evidence that leads me to believe that I’ve been killed in this house at least twice. Somebody has been attempting to kill me, but I’m still here and I can still leave.” He paused a moment, then added, “That doesn’t include the times that I have tried.”

"Why would someone want to kill you?" He asks getting up from where he was sitting. "Im not saying I dont believe you, im just saying it wouldnt make much sense. Who could you have done to angered so mich that they would send someone to kill you?"
