You cannot separate the breathing awareness practice from the asana practice. One cannot exist without the other if what you are trying to practice is a yoga momentum. Not only because the breathing is the foundation of a meditative state, but because the prana and apana will go in and out your body through a consciouss breathing. Give yourself the time you need to experience the pose, don’t rush into challenging poses, if these will alter your breathing. Only when you have peace in both you will reach the state of sthira sukha (comfort in a steady alertness) . . . . . #yoga #parivrtta #vinyasa #yujyogabykarina #mydubaiyoga #yogainstructor #pranayama #yoga365 #sukha #meditationinmotion #yogaretreat #yogaeverydamnday Pic by @anng_tenorio https://www.instagram.com/p/B5CtlY4D2lN/?igshid=1qkoa0eb6niu2
