Okay so my dad is a digital artist and for fun he paints himself in to old master paintings like this:

But today we discovered that people on Pinterest with special fancy artist boards have been pinning these to their boards as if they were the originals.

So a lot of pinterest boards reserved exclusively for old master painters

2015

I've got big plans for 2015

I will try to be more social and less pessimistic about life, and actually go on those dates and out to dinner with friends, but I will still enjoy lazy Friday nights with knitting, Netflix, and a bottle of wine.

I will save up for those vacations I want to take now that I'm an "adult", and I will go to new places that I've never been before, but I will never stop visiting beloved places and places that make me feel happy. 

I will try to accept that I don't have as much time as I used to to read every day, but I will never stop reading. 

And most importantly, I will continue on my goal to get fitter and healthier. I will accept that I will forget to track my WW Points, I will purposefully not track my WW Points when I go out drinking with my friends, and that there are going to be days that I just will not get out of bed to go to the gym, but that doesn't mean I've stopped trying to be healthier or make better decisions. I will still take a spoon to a pint of Phish Food, and I will still drink my daily allotment of Points on football days, but I will also eat meals that are only vegetables, and pass on the cookie tray at work lunches. 

2015 is the year that I'm going to try and love myself more. I'm not going to love myself all the time, but it's going to be more. I'm accepting my imperfections and the things I cannot change, but I'm sure as hell going to do something about the things I can. 

And that's my spiel. Boom. Happy 2015, y'all.
