5/16/13 – Thursday – NYC

Arrive in the West Village at 10:55 PM.

Meet with Mark (5/10/13).

Walk to the Westway. Lie at the door and we get a $5 cover. Don’t do it. Walk back to the West Village.

Go to Cappello.

Talk with the bouncers outside and am cool. Inside, they try to charge us each a $20 cover. We’re about to leave, but the door guy says we’re good and we don’t pay cover.

We’re the only patrons in there, so we leave.

We later learn that this club is actually a late night strip club!

Drive to Meatpacking District.

Get rejected at the door of SL because I get nervous and stumble over my words. It’s embarrassing.

Standard Beer Garden.

Get a number.

Wing Mark for a while by talking with some girl’s male friend. The male friend and I eventually end up on the subject of women and he tells me that he sleeps with many celebrities in his home country of Turkey. In order to separate him from the girl who is with Mark, I tell him that I can get him into 1oak, which I believe I can.

Take the guy away from his female friend and to the door of 1oak. Turns out I can’t get him in. I leave him and go into 1oak alone.

Leave 1oak when it’s getting really good. Makes me look like I have something better to do than being at the best club in the city during its peak hours- high value.

Meet with Mark.

Catch, by myself.

The bouncer brings me in without consulting the door guy because I’ve become a regular here.

Get a make out.

Meet back with Mark.

Drive to Soho to try The Spot. It’s closed.

Drive to Midtown to try 230 5th. It’s closed.

Drive back to the Meatpacking District and approach girls on the street.

Drive to the West Village. As I’m waiting for my train, Mark shows me home videos of him having sex with different girls (I wanted to see how attractive the girls he was sleeping with were and this was the only way possible).

Home at 5:20 AM. Sleep at 6:05 AM.

5/15/13 – Wednesday – NYC

Night out.

63 consecutive days (9 weeks) interacting sexually with new women (dates count).

Arrive in the Meatpacking District at 10:21 PM.

Go to the DL.

Meet with Mercer.

Go to Hotel Chantelle.

Walk to Soho.

Go to Goldbar.

I get us in by researching the event there and lying at the door. Then, when I can see that the door guy is about to give us some heavy objections, I quickly become very friendly and introduce myself. When we leave, he loves us and tells us to come back anytime.

Go to Tropical.

Expected a small standard bar but it was really cool – plants and trees on the wall, red LCD panels along the wall, big- with the bar right in the middle, creating two rooms, and 4 pool tables in the back.

Go to R Bar.

Cooler than expected as well. Tons of red lights along the walls, chains, framed b&w photographs, two bars and two rooms, elevated dj booth, stripper poles.

Goths, trannies, hot girls, and interesting looking people.

Try The Box. Drop Josh Tábur’s name and I get let in, but then when I tell the door guy that I have Mercer with me he says, “No way, is this some kind of joke?!” and then kicks us out of line and demands that Josh calls him. I text and call Josh, but hear nothing.

Mercer and I part ways and I walk back to the Lower East Side.

Sarah Marie.

I get out of the train at 1:11 AM. As I’m walking home, I look back and see a cute girl. I don’t approach her. She walks fast and catches up to me. She looks at me as we’re standing at the crosswalk together. Instinctively, I say, “Hi, what’s your name.” We introduce ourselves and she tells me that I’ve met her before. I don’t remember and she’s surprised that I introduced myself like I did without even knowing her.

One block later I realize that I had gotten her number on the train on 11/25/12.

On the walk to my house she tells me that she just finished finals (I assume finals senior year of college) and that she’s moving out of her dorm back to her parents house (a block away from my house).

I invite her for drinks and she’s completely cool with it and just assumes that we’re going back up to my place. I bring her up.

As we’re hanging out drinking beers, my brother randomly walks in thinking that I’m in my room by myself (he never knocks). He’s embarrassed and leaves immediately.

Sarah wants to see if we have mutual friends on Facebook and to my surprise, she’s friends with my brother and two of his friends. She doesn’t know how she knows him. I text him and he looks her up then realizes how- he tells me that he took the PSAT with her back in high school. I ask her old she is. She replies 18. I start laughing. She says, “I bet you feel like a fool.” I play it off cool and shameless.

Try to kiss her. Nope.

Take her to the roof. Like with all girls, the climb up the ladder scares her.

Lie down in bed with her and get her to lie down on top of me. Try to kiss again, still no (I think this is because my brother knew her and she was afraid of gossip). I take off my shirt and she lies back on top of me. I start taking off my pants and she gets up and says she should go. I just keep lying there and talking and she slowly lies back down and wraps herself around me.

After lying with her a while I tell her she’s free to go anytime she wants. She leaves. I try to kiss her again before she leaves, but still no.

She leaves at 4:12 AM. We were together for 3 hours.

She texted me the next day saying, “Let’s do that again.”

Sleep at 5:30 AM.

5/14/13 – Tuesday – NYC

Arrive in the East Village at 11:26 PM.

The 13th Step.

Meet with Justin (5/13).

Tina Wusse, a girl from the Harlem Shake, is here. She recognizes me, says hi, and it takes me a moment to realize who she is.

After a while, Justin leaves and I’m all on my own!

Stay and chat with girls for a while.

Leave at 2:15 AM.

Walk to the Meatpacking District while on the phone with Michael. The walk takes nearly 30 minutes.

1oak.

The bouncer remembers me and after I confidently say hi to him, he lets me in without even consulting the door guy, who I also say hi to. 1oak is one of the best and most exclusive clubs in the city so I’m pretty proud that I’ve gotten so “in” with them.

Approach a hot French girl. She likes me. After moving her around the club, talking with her a bit, and getting her e-mail, we leave. Say goodbye to the door guy and bouncer while having this hottie in arm.

Electric Room.

In immediately because I have this hot girl.

Hang out and dance. She slams her head into my face accidentally, while dancing.

Thomas Lawson (4/18/13) is here. He has a table and gives us drinks.

Leave with her. Thomas invites us to an after hours club. She doesn’t want to go. Nor does she want to go to my house. She goes home in a cab.

5/13/13 – Monday – NYC

Day out meeting girls on the street.

Arrive in the Lower East Side at 3:36 PM.

Go directly to Mercer’s place.

Talk to girls on the streets of Soho.

Go to UNIQLO and get some pants and boxers.

There’s a long line at the register, which I completely skip by saying I’m with Mercer who had already waited in line.

Get a phone number.

Home at 7:46 PM.

Exhausting night walking around in the cold.

Arrive in Soho at 11:25 PM.

Meet with Justin (5/12).

Go to The Spot.

It’s closed, but the door is open, so I walk through it and explore the club in almost complete darkness, which is pretty cool.

Take the train to the West Village.

Walk to the East Village.

Walk back to Soho, two blocks from where I originally got out of the train.

Go to Acme. First time here. It’s a nice bar, but there’s nothing really special about it other than its exclusivity. We came when the bar was closed and there was no door guy, so we got in without any problems.

As it turns out, the exclusive part was downstairs, which we did not go to.

Walk to Union Square.

Take the train to the Meatpacking District.

Walk to Chelsea hoping to go to a club that ended up being closed.

Home at 2:22 AM. Feeling pretty beat up by all the fruitless walking.

5/12/13 – Sunday – NYC

Day out.

Arrive in the Meatpacking District at 4:25 PM.

Meet with Justin Marksmane, a guy who’s number I had gotten on 2/1/13.

Beaumarchais brunch party.

Walked in as the door guy had his back turned. We both walked with purpose and nobody stopped us because nobody saw us. Had we not had this opportunity, there’s a very significant chance we wouldn’t have gotten in.

It was a cool party with dancers in bikinis and a girl being carried around in a superman outfit.

Stop in this pop up club across the street from Le Bain. Cool space, but was empty so we left.

Go to Le Bain.

Go to the Standard Beer Garden.

Get a number.

Go to the STK rooftop brunch party.

Ran into a girl who works at Electric Room, and who’s number I had gotten. Talked to her for a little while.

Home at 7:56 PM.

Mack comes over at 1:40 AM and stays over for an hour.

5/11/13 – Saturday – NYC

While meditating on the roof, I watch the rainstorm swirl around me with tons of lighting. I then have to run across rooftops to escape the wall of rain that I can see approaching me. Make it inside with just a few seconds to spare.

With the family and Granny, go to Pane e Vino (Italian Restaurant) in Manhattan. It’s amazing.

Night out.

Arrive in the West Village at 10:58 PM.

Meet with Kevin.

Walk to the East Village.

Go to the Penny Farthing.

Go to Phebe’s Tavern and Grill.

Kevin and I meet two girls. We both get our selected girl’s number. We then…

Hop in a cab with the above girls and take it to Murray Hill. The girls pay.

Go to the Joshua Tree.

Go here with the above girls but they run away after a short while.

Like this bar a lot. Even though the crowd is very fratty, it’s cool because they have a ton of monitors playing music videos.

Go to the Globe and leave after a short while.

Kevin approaches two girls walking to the bar. We take them and go back to…

After a short while, my girl decides to stay sitting with me, while Kevin and his girl dance. We talk and kiss for a while. She’s very into me and rubbing my leg.

The girl and I leave the bar and kiss on the street a bit. We’re going back inside and we see Kevin and his girl walking out.

The girl and I get into a cab (I told her I would take her back to her place just to be polite). During the whole interaction in the bar she was telling me that I couldn’t come upstairs or sleep over- she would sometimes even tell me this completely unprovoked. When the cab got to its destination she says to me, without me even saying anything, “ugh, alright, I guess you can come upstairs.” She also pays for the cab.

We get off the elevator onto her floor and she hears that her roommates are all still awake. She tells me I have to go. I push and tell her to let me in, as I don’t mind meeting her roommates.

The roommates being awake and having guests over is completely unfavorable to me fucking this girl. There’s a living room with everybody (three girls and two guys) in it. Surrounding the living room are doors to the bedrooms. For her to bring me into her room, everybody would see and know what was happening. I introduce myself to everybody and sit down. My girl sits away from me. I’m being as friendly as I can the whole time, but I don’t talk to my girl once. I’m probably at the apartment for at least half an hour hoping everybody will just go to sleep. After half an hour I decide to leave. I say my girl’s name and she pretends to be asleep. She then wakes up and drowsily says that everybody should go home (a tactic because I was the only one there who could actually go home). I get up and say goodbye to everybody. As I’m walking to the door, everybody is quiet. Right as it closes I hear them burst into talking.

Home at 5:11 AM. Sleep at 6:13.

5/10/13 – Friday – NYC

Take a break from reading Hilarity Ensues (book).

Began reading The Great Gatsby (book).

Night out.

Arrive in the Meatpacking District at 10:10 PM.

Go to Le Bain.

Skip the line to get in.

Mercer comes.

Get a girl’s number.

Meet two Asian pick up dudes. One them (Mark Chen) is cool and we exchange contact information.

Girl from high school, who used to teased me, is there. I get a little nervous talking to her and she quickly runs away, after initially coming up and saying hi.

Make out with some girl.

It’s 2:10 AM. Mercer leaves and Henry arrives at the same time.

Make out with a girl after she makes out with her gay friend. Then I get dared to kiss the gay friend on the cheek and I do it.

Leave with Henry, who brings home a Russian girl.

Home at 4:30 AM. Sleep at 5:40 AM.

Brother comes home from college for Summer Vacation.

Night out.

Arrive in the Meatpacking District at 11:07 PM.

Meet with Mercer (7/11/12).

Stop in Gaslight.

SL.

Get there very early, we get in no problem.

Get a number.

Approach on the street.

Go back to Gaslight.

Go to Manon alone.

Get in no problem, because I remember the door guy’s name. Mercer can’t get in.

First time here, it’s a pretty cool venue. Loungy, three levels, holes in the third floor. Very long. Cool bar with lit glass background. Glass guard-rails. Chandeliers.

Back to SL.

Henry is here now!

Back to the street.

Get two girls from the street, bring them back to…

Mercer heads home.

As the club is emptying out, Rihanna, Wale, and French Montana show up. Near 4 AM, all the normal patrons are kicked out.

Leave with the girls we brought in.

Henry and I stay with the two girls for a while. As Henry’s girl becomes more attracted to him, mine becomes repulsed by me. We stick around with them for probably 20 minutes before leaving.

Blunder that will haunt me for decades.

Iron Man 3 (movie) in theaters alone. Very entertaining.

Night out.

Meet with Hannes.

We take the train to Meatpacking District.

Go to Electric Room.

We talked our way in by joking around with the door woman.

Leave alone, figuring Hannes is going to fuck the girl he’s talking to.

After sitting in the train station for a little while, I get a text from Hannes saying he’s not going to fuck. I leave the station and go back to…

Electric Room to meet with Hannes again.

Walk straight in, like I had already been in there. The bouncer tries to check my wrist tag to see if I was already in, but I just keep walking nonchalantly. Don’t get stopped.

Standard Beer Garden.

Some girl lifts up my shirt to play with my abs.

Get another girl’s number.

Le Bain. View is beautiful during the day.

Hung over all day, up until 10:30 PM, when I wake up from a short nap.

Fun night out.

Arrive in the Meatpacking District at 11:37 PM.

Meet with Henry.

Meet two cute girls going to SL. They ask if we’re going there. I just say yes and we walk them there. When we get to the door, I tell them to come in with us, not their promoter. The really hot one turns to me and says, “are you sure we’ll get in?” I say yes.

SL.

Find out that one of the above two girls is from Michael’s town and knows him.

Get the hotter girl’s number of the above two girls.

Get food.

Back to SL.

Rihanna (very famous musician), Wale (rapper), and Kris Humphries (basketball player), are there. Rihanna walked by me several times and I was, abashedly, very star struck. Also watched her smoke weed.

Party was insane, with so many hot girls it was making my head spin.

Run into Tom Rothchild on the street.

Do 4+AM street approaches on the corner of 1oak and Avenue.

Get a cab with one girl and take it back to her apartment, even though she wasn’t letting me kiss her. Back outside of her apartment building she still wouldn’t kiss me, nor would she let me come in. I let her go without going for a phone number. Pay for a $6 cab back to the corner.

Kiss some other girl who’s with her friend. Can’t make anything more happen.

Fred Seibert (7/26/12) e-mails me randomly to ask if I would like to do a freelance project for his studio. I respond enthusiastically.

Very long night out on the town.

Arrive in the Meatpacking District at 11:19 PM.

Meet with Henry.

Huge line that goes half way around the block. Henry and I wait in it for 30 minutes before deciding to go straight to the front. Door guys let us right in.

The Red Bull Music Academy is throwing a big party. Roy Ayers, Louie Vega, and Kenny Dope are performing – apparently they’re big deals…

Got the card of Joey Carvello, who’s a big record executive. We had talked for a while and I asked him for advice.

Get food.

Go to Gaslight.

Back to Le Bain.

Zuwena and Surj (4/27) are there.

As Henry and I are leaving at 4 AM, some girl, Violet, who’s in a group, stares at me because I’m being loud and dominant. Henry and I go into the elevator opposite of them. When the doors open, I approach and within 30 seconds of talking, she invites me into a cab with her and her group.

Violet sits on my lap and kisses me once. There’s very little room in the cab and I’m squished.

Everybody else runs to a grocery store to get beers. Violet and I stay in the cab and make out a little. Then they come back in.

In the old projects of the Lower East Side. Nice apartment with a balcony. 17th floor. Great view of Manhattan.

Unsatisfied with how attractive Violet is, I decide to get drunk so she will appear hotter. Over the course of the night, I have four beers and about two shots of Johnny Walker Green. I’m very drunk…and very hung over the next day.

Make out with Violet in her room, with her on top of me. However, the guests keep coming in and ruining everything.

Costumes are brought out and everybody dresses up.

While Violet is on the balcony with everybody else, I end up isolated with the cuter roommate. We make out a little and then I take her into the bathroom, where we make out some more. However, out of loyalty to Violet, she will not continue.

Everybody, excluding me, is smoking, and doing molly.

I am getting impatient having not yet fucked Violet. I overhear her disparaging me for not having a job.

Can’t refill MetroCard because it’s so early. Some black guy unlocks the door for me and I walk into the station. He tries charging me $2, but I lie and state that I have no cash. He says okay.

At this point, Henry disappears. He comes back to us several times throughout the evening, but is gone for pretty much the entire time I’m with Stella.

Go to Electric Room.

Go to Le Bain. Try to make out with Stella, but can’t.

Go to SL.
