80 Calorie Pancake Recipe~āØš
Yāall aināt even READY FOR THISā¦.
Hereās the ingredients:
¼ tsp baking powder - 0cal
¼ tsp salt - 0cal
2 tbsp flour - 50cal (the one I use is all purpose and 25cal per tbsp)
3 tbsp egg whites - 25cal (I use egg beaters but you can choose to use whatever you want)
A couple packets of a 0cal sweetener - 0cal
1 tbsp Mrs. Butterworths sugar free syrup - 5cal
^^(THIS SYRUP IS A BLESSING, itās 20cal for ¼ cup but I only used a tbsp so the calories are SUPER LOWš)
Directions:
Heat up a pan of your choosing, doesnāt really matter the size.
Measure out your ingredients and put them into a bowl.
Mix your ingredients, I prefer to use a rubber spatula over a whisk because I can scrape off the ingredients that like to stick to the bowl.
Use water, 0cal cooking spray, or whatever you like to make sure your pancakes donāt get stuck to the pan.
Put some batter in the pan and YOUāRE COOKING, BABY
With this recipe, I made 3 pancakes of a satisfying size so donāt fear š
Once youāve finished cooking all your pancakes, add your syrup and BOOM!!! BREAKFAST~~
Finished product:
THIS ENTIRE PLATE IS 80 CALORIES. IM SERIOUS. WHOLE BREAKFAST. 80 CALORIES. YOU CAN EVEN ADD SOME FRUIT TO MAKE IT MORE INTERESTING.
I love this recipe so much because even on bad days I can cook up an easy satisfying breakfast without making myself want to cry because of the calories. Hopefully you guys like it too, stay safe and happy cooking!! āØš

Im doing all of these at the same time starting tonight, I'll post results as I go. If you want to join lmk!!
Howdy lovelies! I found this challenge online to achieve the splits in 30 days! Aside from just wanting to stretch more and become flexible i thought it would be a fun thing to try.
If anyone would like to join me, hereās how the challenge works:
-for the firsr five days you will perform the first 5 stretches on the chart, each pose lasting about 30 seconds-1 minute. Make sure to repeat stretchs for BOTH legs
-after the first 5 days you will continue with the same stretches except everyday you will add a new stretch to your routine! This means on day 6 you will perform the first five stretches and add the #6 stretch to the routine! And on day seven you will perform the first 6 stretches and add #7 stretch, and so on.
-you continue adding a stretch every day until 30 days has passed! By then you should be able to do the splits.
-make sure you stretch EVERY day. You cannot miss a day. You should aim to stretch for about 10 minutes, i find the best time to do this is right before bed but you may do it any time you like.
I will keep you updated with ny progress! Probably not every single day, but every once and a while Iāll give a progress report. By the end of the 30 days I will give a review of the challenge and show my progress photos!
Disclaimer: I honestly have no clue if it works because I havenāt tried it before but even if you dont achieve the splits it will definitely improve your flexibility.

ZERO CAL CREAMY ICED COFFEE
THIS IS NOT A DRILL i just made iced coffee thatās ācreamyā as FUCK. and itās ZERO CALORIES. IT WAS STUPIDLY SIMPLE.
SO what you do is:
2cups ice
1/4-1/2 cup STRONG COFFEE (you can even do an espresso shot)
a splash of vanilla and caramel flavour (optional)
0cal sweetener to taste
BLEND THE FUCK OUTTA THAT BITCH UNTIL IT FROTHS. itāll turn a cream beige colour then you know itās done. the froth makes it taste like thereās legit HEAVY CREAM in it.

This is what my mind goes through when I fast
Recovering from an eating disorder seems so fucking impossible. No other addiction is asking for balance. You canāt balance your drug or alcohol addiction you need to cut it out. You canāt cut out eating. Every day feels like some kind of fucking battle I have to have with myself. Eat, donāt eat, eat a little, eat a lot. Just shut up please. I donāt ever feel strong, the idea of being addicted to food seems so fucking stupid. I feel so fucking stupid. The part of me that wants to hurt me just says whatās the use? The hurt takes up most of my mind. I canāt stop trying though. Thereās the tiniest part of me that whispers encouragement and the belief that I can be better than this. I have to be thankful as fuck that thereās still some small mercy in me. Empathy I have for myself and for everyone with any ED.
