If you got a product, say it’s something you’ve worked really hard on, and took a lot of effort to get and have for your own, and that thing broke, would you still use it? Probably not. So why would you continue to see something special in me. I was born to you and that took so much work to raise and teach and grow, and then I broke myself. I broke myself and now I can't see a reason for you to still want me around. I’m like a cracked phone. I still turn on and I can still run, but I’m not the best I could be and I’ll always have the cracks to remind you of when I fell. I’ll always have the scars on my body to remind you ,but more importantly me, of the times I fell. I say more importantly me because I can hide them from you. I can wear long pants and cover them up, but eventually with me I am forced to see myself for who I truly am. Who I turned myself into. A cracked phone.

I am going to start fasting and recording what I eat on here. I am tired of being fat. I wanna see my ribs and be light. I want to be able to be proud of my body. No more bullshit. No more food.
I ate three slices of pizza last night, so I didn’t eat anything today. Feeling empty feels liberating. I love it when my stomach growls.

so far it’s mostly taurses, cancers, virgos, libras, and scorpios. my theory was that it would b mostly virgos and libras (perfectionism/control and perfectionism/aesthetics) but scorpio and cancer as water signs make a lot of sense too (emotionality and obsession) i didnt even think abt taurus but it actually make a lot of sense (homebodies who value control and appearances over most things)

hi um just a reminder that...
aggressively trying to approach someone about a self destructive coping mechanism (i.e. self harm, smoking, eating disorders) will only make it worse. When you approach someone aggressively they feel attacked and cornered, because they know the habit is bad, yet they have become so used to it that they see it as a coping mechanism now for when life gets shitty or something bad happens. When you make them feel stressed or bad or shamed about what they are doing, they are more likely to deal with that feeling by *shocker* the self destructive coping mechanism that you claim to hate so much. If you really want someone to get help, please approach the issue carefully and make sure to come out of a place of concern, rather than anger or shame. This will reduce the chance of them continuing the bad habit. Please try to understand that 99% of the time we know what we are doing is wrong and hurting ourselves, but most of the time we have become so attached to it, it’s just our way of living now... if you want someone to get help please remember to not shame them, but also please don’t baby them, it needs a balance between concern and wake up call. Just please remember this before messaging someone angerly to “get help bc they are just encouraging the behavior!!!!!”
