So I haven't made a Harry Potter post yet in honor of the 20th anniversary.... because I wasn't sure what to say. How do you thank something that's made up so much of your life? While I was a bit of a late comer to the books- not actually reading them till 7th grade I believe- their influence over me has been profound. Thank you for inspiring me to be a reader. Was shocked to see that Die Zauberflöte was showing here in HCMC. It wasn't the best opera performance ever but I was pleasantly surprised! There is going to be a performance of Die Fledermaus next month and I might have to try and snag tickets for that!
