SCP: HMF Foundation Personnel - Researcher Cassy Drawn (SCP-085)

Name: Cassy "Hand" Drawn

Titles: Level 2 Researcher of the SCP Foundation/ Supporter of the Ethics Committee/ Researcher of the Department of Technology, Alchemy, Science, Magic and Warfare

Skills: is a fast writer/ fast thinker/ can think of three different things with a clear mind and precision/ is bilingual in sign language/ can morph herself into any piece of paper and absorb written knowledge in said paper/ can animate objects written or printed on paper and even take them with her once she leaves said paper, but will cease to exist the moment she lets it go/ exists in a different dimension form our own and because of it can chose to interact with objects in our world or not, this also makes her impervious to most hostile attacks/ is super interactive, social, and friendly.

Weaknesses: is only able to interact with physical objects for a limited time before her hand will phase through it instead/ suffers from loneliness and depression due to not having an "equal"/ tends to drink a lot.

Quirks: Dr. Stefánsdóttir took pity on her one day and made her an artificial paper body that allows her to somewhat exist and interact with our dimension but still be perceived as an animated 2D being from anyone who sees her at any angle/ For whatever reason, when Foundation staff draw her new clothes, she says she prefers it to be colored with crayon claiming its more comfortable that way/ likes to hang out inside fashion magazines sometimes.

Specializes in assassinations, torture, hunting and covert observation of targets. Lives in Japan and is the sister of Dr. Neko, level 4 Foundation Doctor of the Japanese division. Never talks and is extremely aggressive.

Specializes in anomalous areal warfare, crowd disruption, one man army tactics, wide range recon, and ground support warfare. A reserved unit for fighting against overwhelming threats to the Foundation within secluded areas like deserts, pocket dimensions, and other realities. holds a strong sense of comradery but is a cold blooded Foundationist.

MTF Unit of Alpha-1 “Red Right Hand” Code Name: Dracula

Specializes in rooting out traitors within the Foundation especially those that go against the O5 Council directly. Possesses several false identities including a well-known Foundation Department Director, an MTF Captain, a Field Agent, a Researcher saved by the Foundation and later recruited through Protocol “Sole Survivor”, a janitor, a Researcher of three different departments, and even a D Class. It's been confirmed that some of these false identities have different genders, ages, and body sizes so it's possible they are an artificially made Level 4 Shapeshifter. Is quite possibly also used as “mask” for one of the O5 Council members though this is more of a rumor due to no clear evidence. Nothing else concrete is known about them.

Name: Cidney Victoria

Titles: SCP-191: Cyborg Child / MTF Specialist of Mobile Task Force Tau-5 “Samsara” / The Cyborg Kunoichi / “Little Sister of Samsara”

Skills: is a powerful Level 4 Regenerator / Extremely strong to the point she can bend titanium like clay / Possesses and has mastered control over SCP-ABV-2 / Has unyielding determination / Is willing to do anything to keep those she loves safe / Can hack any machine simply by touching it / Immune to anomalous diseases and curses / Is bilingual in Sign Language / Anomalous properties do not work when she makes physical contact / Does not let her fear consume her.

Weaknesses: Is quite timid despite all her strengths / Suffers from BDD / Unlike other members of Tau-5 can feel pain / Hates going anywhere alone.

Quirks: Was augmented by a special procedure that mixed her cybernetics and biology with the clones of MTF Tau-5 making her the fifth member/ For whatever reason, after the procedure, the other members started calling her "little sister" and she calls them all "big brother" or "big sister"/ Despite now being able to talk she doesn't like to and often prefers to speak with American Sign Language.
