You will not convince me that it isn’t Harry feeding Ernest in that video. That is literally his hand. Everything about the hand in the video is exactly the same as Harry’s; he curve of the wrist and fingers, the veins, the knuckles, the fingernails, the shape/size of the hand, the lines on the thumb, etc. That also explains why there was no audio on the snapchat video.
