Things to know about my personality to know right off would be, I enjoy cracking corny jokes. I don’t enjoy being sad or angry. I would also say I’m adventurous and enjoy the outdoors! I would describe myself as bubbly and very nice. The first time I meet anyone, I am very social by nature and LOVE people! Just a gal who loves to socialize! I'm always down for a new friend and have lots of personality! I’m a bi-curious woman. I’m up for pretty much anything. I love meeting new people. I’ll be the friend you’ve always wished for.
My bestfriend, is actually my soulmate. She's my other half, she completes me as a person. There is absolutely nothing that I wouldn't do for her. She's my person. Her name is Alexis Giraud (how cool right?! Same names!) Let me tell you a little about her. She's beautiful, wise, caring and supportive. I don't know if she knows it, but she's saved my life a few times. Her and I met years ago, when we were both working at Target, and then the rest was history. When I say I'll ride or die for her, I'm not just saying that to sound "hip and cool", I say it, because I.Mean.It. I will take a bullet for her, I will always protect her physically and emotionally at all costs. You mess with her, you mess with me. And I will end you. I love her more than I could ever love myself, hence her being the one who completes me as a person.
I'm a daughter, I am the results of Kathleen Civinski and Todd Miller. My mother is my BESTFRIEND, always has been and she always will be. Todd was nothing more than a sperm donor, who ended his life a few years back. That's a story for another time.
I'm also married to Michael Medvik for almost 8 years! 07/19/2013! I'll tell our story another time. I'm a mother to four incredible and perfect young boys! Noah Michael, Elijah Kenneth, Caleb Anthony and Lucas Alexander. Fun fact: all my children's names have sentimental meaning!
Noah Michael: Noah's middle name was chosen because he was mine and Mike's first child, and I wanted to use Mike's (full) first name as Noah's middle.
Elijah Kenneth: Elijah got his middle name because of my duncle, Kenneth Civinski (duncle = dad/uncle; also a story for another time) my duncle is my world, and my godfather, so Elijah's middle name is my duncle's first name. Also uncle Kenny is Elijah's godfather!
Caleb Anthony: Caleb got his middle name because of my father-in-law who's middle name is also Anthony!
Lucas Alexander: I actually let my husband chose Lucas's first name, since this may by the last kid we are able to have due to my medical health, again, a story for another time. And we chose Alexander as his middle name because it's the longer, male version of my first name!
I'm told I'm delightful to hang out with and the kind of person who brightens up a room. This is funny to me because I'm sometimes really SHY! If you are also shy, new to the area, or just looking to try something new and different, I understand 100% If you need a plus one to an event (as a friend) I have you covered! I know how to conduct myself in just about any situation. I clean up well for formal events, but I am also perfectly comfortable in jeans at a hockey game.
Most people enjoy my sense of humor. It is highly likely you will laugh during our time together, but smiles at a minimum are guaranteed. I do keep myself really busy, so planning ahead is ideal.
I have been through quite a bit in my life already, things that no person should ever go through or have to experience. But I'm not bringing that to light for pity, but simply for the fact that I want you to know, that if you need a friend, I'm here for you. Please don't hesitate or be nervous to talk/ vent with me about any topic!! I promise you, I've got life experience, If I haven't been through it, I can at least go through it with you & get you through it! I have SLE lupus, along with major depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, narcolepsy, insomnia and ADHD.
I love being the reason for others happiness! I am a very optimistic, upbeat, fun, silly, supportive and a caring individual. I believe in supporting others without announcing to the world that someone needed a friend. There's a quote "Be the woman that fixes another woman's crown without telling the world it was crooked" I live by that, not just women, but for everyone!
