And the Civil War was about state’s rights. :eyeroll:
I just like how the three of them look like they’re going different places.
Wishing our founder/namesake/boss Hannah and Ella a happy wedding day!
Hello, wonderful earbuds! Today I interview my Mom! The most incredible person I know!
My mom has survived a lifetime of abuse, illness, homelessness, and more! She is my hero and my friend. I could not be more proud to be her caretaker, conservator, and advocate in making the most of every memory we can during these years together. I hope you love this episode as much as I do!
— it’s exhausting that instead of celebrating butches, femmes, and lesbians who identify with neither label, we’re going to try and erase the history of the labels as being restrictive and just about clothes or aesthetics. like it’s 2019 and the lesbian community still very much uses the butch/femme identities in addition to their lesbian label because it’s important and freeing and comforting to us. there’s nothing wrong with feeling like you don’t fit into the labels, but that doesn’t mean that the labels themselves are wrong.
Milton says, 'The mind can make a heaven of hell, or a hell of heaven.' I try to remind myself daily that success and failure have less to do with actual results but rather how we choose to respond to the results.

Mom : no, you’re right. you’re right.
What has made 2019 the year where you put your identity where you test that–where you put it out there? Why now?

Reblog if you should have known you were gay earlier due to your constant obsession with female actresses/youtubers you “just wanted to be like”
