Here’s something radical and off topic but...

I was introduced to atla through the live action movie. It was the first thing I watched regarding atla and I was hooked, even with it being a highly watered and whitened version of the original, I, as a 10/11 y/o child was still able to see the magic in the world building and feel drawn to the story. I remember the sheer excitement I felt as soon as I finished the movie, googling when the next one would be and over joyed to see another was planned (I guess it must have been canceled or I’d accidently found an article for other avatar) it took me a little longer to find the animated series and I was late to the party but that didn’t stop me from binge watching the show and loving every second of it.

What I’m trying to say is I know the atla live action was trash but the story and concept was so good that it overshadowed the short comings.

Hawks’ dad the “Takami Thief” is 44 here, a year younger than Endeavor. I’ve read a fic where Hawks dad had red hair and I loved it so much. He’s still in shape and pretty dangerous, but the tips of his feathers turn greyish as he ages, and he feels his hair losing color, getting darker. Like a ageing Hawk his eyes turn red with time. He forced himself to stop smoking, so his lungs could keep up and he won’t loose speed getting older. He’s really fucking jealous of Dabi’s smoke here.

He’s 175 cm (5'9") here, still a little bigger than Hawks. His name here is Shinyo Takami. ~ “Midnight sun” with 真 “true”/”genuine” from “Midnight” and 陽 from “Sun”

I wanna write a fic based on my fancomic, where he tries to overcome his inner selfish asshole to keep lil’ malnourished Keigo alive. Gonna be the Tags “hurt/comfort” and “Takami Thief’s E+ Parenting”. Lemme know if you’re interested dudes
