Accidentally didn’t post for a week because of the heat. I’m permanently sweaty, my diet is 70% ice cream, I’ve done nothing but lounge around.

More ruminating, long day doing the food shop which resulted in a very late night, finally finishing things up in the bathroom, and then the start of the heatwave even though I had a lot of adulting to do, which I eventually did and could collapse on the sofa.

Late morning walk, a day spent adding stickers to my Filofax pages, and an evening reading about the Medieval period whilst watching a documentary.
