I went out to eat and got something I've never head before and the shitty menu didn't list calories but I guessed it was like 800 which would have been fine (bc I wasn't going to eat for the rest of the day) but later I looked it up and that motherfucker was
1,450 CALORIES
Thats fucking:
Insane
250 over my highest planned days
Nauseating
But wait, there's more. . .
So I tell myself that I'm not going to eat for the rest of the day at all and what do I do? Binge on 780 calories like a fucking fatass.
So I went on a long run, cleaned for an hour and will probably do some home workouts. However, with my BMR and exercise subtracted I only went 283 calories over my total expenditure which is less than 10% of a pound of fat so I think I'll be okay.
I decided that I'd do a 24h fast and go for both a walk with my dog and a run tomorrow to for sure put me in the negative.
I'm still pissed about that breakfast and it's going on my fear food list for fucking sure.

There are honestly some abysmal takes in these notes. Y’all realize that men are often pressured into literally starving a dehydrating themselves to look demigod level buff right? There is no reason for anybody, male or female, to unhealthily push their bodies just to be better eye candy while playing make believe for strangers. He didn’t say he was binging on hot Cheetos and tater tots. He’s still maintaining a healthy diet, he’s just not working himself to death.

I had a great fucking day today. Somewhere after lunch my mindset shifted and I had a blast with my co-workers today. I laughed so much my stomach hurt and sand along to some jams with three of my co-workers.
After work I just. . .idk. I felt so sad that I'd been restricting so much the last few days and I decided that I was going to binge in a healthy way. I don't want to eat like this all the time but I got my Forbidden Beer and a cheese pizza. I just wanted to feel full and happy. I worked late, so I just spent time after dinner watching funny tiktoks and enjoying the moment.
Its not as though I ate an amount that's insane and honestly eating this way every few days stops me from binging on everything in sight. I still want to lose weight, and have some severe compulsions to deal with, but today was good and I'm not going to be ashamed of treating myself today.
my body may be a temple, yes, but it just so happens i am partial to vandalism.
Day 2:
I'm 5'4 I think. I wouldn't mind my height if I was proportional and thin along with it. It's a good height, where I'm not super tiny and inconvenienced by shelves, but I'm also not super tall either.
