When Mr. Where came to Monster High for the first time, he and Mr. Rotter didn't like each other very much.
Long story short, Monster High wanted to do a school play and they needed someone to do it. So they hired Mr. Where for a year to make this play. Of course, in the same year Mr. Rotter started teaching.
It was quite easy to guess that Mr. Rotter didn't like Mr. Where very much. In a nutshell, he saw Mr. Where is the trouble and he wanted him to disappear from this school as soon as possible.
