It's really simple, I spend to much and in attempt to stop, I now have to tell everyone why I bought what I bought. This is also a super easy way to keep track on my wish list items... Incase that comes up later.
When I crack screens I do so on cement, (usually on the way to the movies come to think of it).
So, as a cronic dropper of phones, I needed a case that could withstand a good throttle from myself. Not only has this candy shell lasted longer then any other phone has in my possession, but it's protected my phone from tantrums, butter finger, little siblings, being knocked off the table, and even the dreaded cement.
Almost a year ago, as I realised that I could be majorly upgrading to a completely glass, one-scratch-and-the-look-is-ruined, iPhone 4s, and immediately began researching how to best protect it from the damage that I would inevitably be exposing my phone to.
At the time, everyone claimed to have a case that fit the 4s, but in reality there were slight modifications that made old style iphone 4 calse unsuitable for the 4s, as I'm sure you all know by now; mute button is slightly shifted, camera is slightly off.. little things.
This meant that I could only rely on officially endorsed apple products at the time.. Straight to their online store, and thankfully their site was packet with accessories and reviews. The Speck range had stellar reviews, Things like "I my phone was dropped while i was driving my motorbike, and only the case was cracked" and "i was horse riding and the speck case saved my life" made it sound interesting..
All in all the Speck case has done amazingly well to protect my phone. Although it's warn down and has plenty of battle scars, looking at my phone itself, it still looks perfect.
So yeah, I went a bought a new one, now it's ben almost a year on, there's a greater choice of colours and designs (even one for each country for the olympics).

Needed to spend the last $20 on a French Connection Gift Card that expired in a week. Although they had amazing heels i've got a whole plastic tub filled with them.
These suede studded flats were amazing, last pair was in my size.. so it was fate.
I know they've ben out for a while but I couldn't resist. As a reward for finishing another hectic semester at Uni I splurged and got this nail polish set and couldn't be happier.
It started with m looking at a few of the colours, first ones what took my fancy were smoke and ashes; a beautiful dark colour that had these pretty green flecks in it. Continuing with my love of shimmer the "Luxe and Lush" colour was far to pretty and glitzzy.
i didn't know there the closest retailer was that stocked the range so I hit up ebay and was stunned to see that a single polish would go for anywhere between $7 - $25 (and the cheapy ones weren't even the pretty colours I wanted.).
So, I bit the bullet and looked at the complete set the whole thing for 70 - I won't take the joy out of it by doing the math for you.
So now I have all twelve, it's mean it that I've had a chance to discover a surprising new favorite; Fast Track, nice and neutral with a subtle gold sheen and Mahogany Magic, which gives my sun deprived skin some needed warmth.
The one colour I was a little upset about was Foie Gras, it looked like a lovely grey/mauve colour but ended up looking very dark and dull.. might just be my skin.
This is a site that I actually discovered through Tumblr. Possibly one of the coolest online shops that I've seen in a while, Especially if you're one of those people that can't stand cables lying all over your desk.
Their products are perfect for people with my technology then they have power adapters for, or those that love simple, clean solutions to their work environment.
If you have a geekey friend, tech savvy parent or are a friend of mine, something from here would be awesome.

As un-original as it may appear, when my friend had a 21st tea party I knew that I had finally found a reason to walk into one of those home ware stores that I was never allowed in as a child that constantly bumped into expensive chinaware.
When I though of a gift for sarah, I instantly tough of a tea set. Something practical, girly but not overly so, I think elegant is sort of the word I want to use here. My first stop was in T2, to see what the latest trends were in tea and tea cups/pots.
If I had the money to spare I would have picked up one of their beautiful T41 sets, (which is read as "tea for one").
$30 for a complete set. But the Pots are so small, I know that if it were for me I would down the whole thing in about 5 minutes...
Instead across the hall way was plenty: kitchen + tableware, and look what i found.
Avanti Tea Perfection fro 39.95.. probably not the best price around but it's the tea pot that I would want to use. It's said to hold 3 cups and has a niffty infuser for loose leaf tea. If I was smart I probably would have bought her a sample set from T2 or something, but instead there were these cute little mugs.
They're called 2 carrot mugs, on sale for 19.95. Usually, I try to avoid the tradition of giving simple jewelry to girls for their 21st. I find that it's very common to do so when you don't know what else to give someone, or you have a bit of cash to spare. So, I thought this was a nice, tea related twist on that idea, since it's presented like a ring in a jewelry box.
So there's another $59.90, spent on a friend in another case where I'm giving away a present that would be perfect for me.
So, after ther two wek period where my holidays co-incides with the all the mid year sales, I've finally gotten the courage to pay off my Credit card bill, actually to even glance at it.
I've been holding off going through all the stuf that I've bought because ... I'll be honest, there's been too much to even catalogue. the month had only just begun and i was already $50 away from my credit limit.
And yes, my mother's already given me the "live within your own means" speech. I just think I need to start working more, it kills two birds with one store.. I can't shop while I work, and it gets me moneyz.. disclaimer: only true if you don't work in retail, or buy lunch.
Prepare yourself for more shopping confessions, as I try to justify how on earth I spent all my savings in just one month.
Look at our Senshi Bow, isn’t it so cute? We really adore the show Sailor Moon, and thought this was a really cute idea. You can feel like a Sailor Senshi wearing this on the front of your outfit, or the back! We even put the bows in our hair, like Sailor Venus. n___n Of course you can also attach the bow to a bag or basically anything you like. We are adding safety pins to these orders, so you can pin them anywhere. These bows measure 5x9 inches!
This reminds me that i need to work out some sort of cosplay for supanova this week end. Years ago, I was Sailor Mars, it was heaps of fun. $12 win..
I miss the days when I'd get my weekly Ben and Jerry's. My better sense kicked in
plus that habbit was $12 a week for a while semester... $144, for shame Ben and Jerry.. for shame for making such awesome ice cream that is so expensive.
Really though, does anyone know where you can get Ben and Jerry's in a size that is bigger than 500ml in Sydney?
EB Games has me as a costumer for life, every time I decide I'm going to save my money there always that one game, which brings me into the store... then the manager pounces because she knows I'm weak. It doesn't help that she's my boss and knows all the games I want.

$10 on Mass Effect 3 which is going to use the Kinect capabilities .. so there goes another $200 $150 from Kmart... but you din't hear it from me.
I spent some time today trying to find dresses, in a bid to stop being so mistaken for a guy... sadly the weather is turning, winter isn't really made for dress wearing.
