Nature Inspired Temporary Tattoos

Artist Allison Wilcoxen from Nature Tats specializes in making temporary nature inspired tattoos. Figments of nature, of it’s adventurous and rugged landscape, of it’s many unique creatures, and flora and fauna are made into temporary tattoos by Nature Tats, so that you may change your tattoos as often as the seasons.

These tattoos came from an initial concept of drawing and capturing all the little moments found in our habitats and ecosystems, where the artist behind this shop found that once nature was allowed to thrive and grow unfettered, and left to its own devices and serve its purpose- true beauty could be realised. Intrigued by the tones, shapes, patterns, and structure of every element at hand, she represents them in her work as realistically as she is able to achieve. The technical processes see a digital transfer from paper to temporary ink, where the tattoos reflect the ephemeral quality of nature- all things must blossom and perish to make way for new creation in the cycle of life.
