EOS buddies! I experimented today with deep frying vietmanese rice paper rolls... turned out okay, a little tricky but I had some that turned out alright! Also, did you know that if you fry rice paper it turns into prawn crackers?! So good! I think I just found my new period snack!!! This is strict elmination diet friendly- I cooked some chicken, green beans and brussel sprouts, blended them all into a mash. As directed on the packet of rice paper filled them (less the better, you want like 2 layers of rice paper wrapped around itself, I put way too much in mine), put them in the fridge for 2 hours and then deep fry them! I also made a 'dipping sauce', which was just hot water, salt and citric acid (add a little garlic if you can tollerate it). Wolah! Delicious! Dont burn your mouths like I did, friends!
