call me old fashioned but 4 year olds should not own iPhones
Patrick nodded slightly, a small sigh of relief escaping his lips. “Are you sure you don’t hate me? Because I did laugh at you. And I really didn’t mean to, or mean to hurt you.”
"You just said you didn't mean it." She smiled slightly, feeling her cheeks flush as she looked down. "So it'd be stupid of me to hate you when you didn't mean it." She looked back up at him and smiled softly. "Right?"
Send me all your ships for my character!
Heartbeats and Guitar strings || Tyler & Zach ||
Zachariah looked over at the boy just as the show ended. He was just… working. Not bopping along to the music like the other crew members. What the fuck? Zach thought, walking over to the kid, leaning against the wall. “What did you think of the show?” He asked, curiosity getting the better of him. What was this kids deal? He seriously had no fucking clue, but it seemed like this kid was either trying to make a good first impression or… No. No the other thing wasn’t an option. Who didn’t like their music for gods sake?
Tyler looked at Zach, his eyes widening slightly before relaxing, almost laughing at his question. Shit. Utter bullshit, I hated it. I hate your music, I hate you. "It was okay." He shrugged, thankful that everything actually. "Not really my thing though." He picked up a box beside him and proceeding to walk across the room, placing the box down. He prayed that Zach didn't follow him, not wanting to get into why he didn't like the music. It just wasn't his style, but he would end up insulting it somehow.
“It’s not pathetic. It’s kind of sweet.” With the smallest sigh, he messed about with his hair for a moment. “I think my sister used to do it at one point, well two of ‘em did. But one highlighted three pages at the same time then threw the book out of the car window.” Biting the inside of his cheek he sighed. “I’m sorry for laughing, I really am.” Gingerly he stepped forwards, lifting one hand to gently tilt her chin up. “I’m sorry, Flo. Please don’t hate me?”
She laughed slightly, tucking some of her hair behind her ear. She bit her lip gently, looking up at him before shaking her head. Her voice was quiet, small like a child's. "I don't hate you. Just.. Hurts is all. I know you didn't mean it." She closed her eyes for a few seconds, opening them slowly. "I just don't like being laughed at." She curled her fingers around his wrist carefully, maybe just checking to see if he was really there. She hadn't had a boy so nice to her in so long, even if he had laughed at her a couple of times already, he'd apologised and that gave her butterflies.
OTP; laughter and highlighters:
“She’s different, I’m not all that sure how yet. But she just is; y’know. In a good way of course. And she’s stunning, Absolutely stunning— No breathtakingly beautiful.” Patrick smiled blushing slightly when his friends started grinning like the Cheshire cat. “And no, Morgan. You are not meeting her before I get the chance to ask her out, because well we all known what you’d try and do.” He smirked playfully at the slighty older brunette who pouted.
“That was one time! One god damn time. And it wasn’t even a girl you liked.” Morgan grumbled, crossing his arms.
“It was a girl James liked.” Abrey corrected him, Smiling brightly.
“I.. Just— Do you think Kim would of approved?” Patrick’s voice wasn’t much above a whisper, whatever trace of happiness having been on his face there no longer. Only a worried expression, his eyebrows knit together.
—
“Patrick! For gods sake.” Abrey sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose from the place where she sat, looking between the counter and a girl who was stood near the books. “Patrick! Heathy! Are you fucking kidding me?” The blonde raised her voice, glowering over at the curly haired male. “Patch! Patchy! The girl you like is here!” She shouted in the end, resulting in the curly haired brunette looking up, a blush colouring his cheeks but a smile on his lips. And for the girl to look over in their general direction.
—
“Hey Flo, can I get a high ten?” Patrick grinned, holding both hands up for the gesture.
“No way, not until you wash th— What happened anyways?”
Patrick chuckled, running a hand through his hair; getting more of the blue powder mixed up in it. “We all got bored and started a prank war.”
Try to guess my mun's age, gender, and sexuality
Patrick’s eyes widened after a short moment, moving to pinch the inside of his wrist and bite his tongue. “I’m sorry. Really. It just seems like a .. different thing to do. It’s quirky.”
"It's pathetic, but I've always done it. It makes me feel calm." She rubbed her palms over the front of her thighs, her eyes trained on the floor. She knew he probably didn't mean to laugh at her, but it still hurt.
“Seriously?” The brunette’s eyebrows shot up in surprise, a small bout of laughter passing his lips before he clapped a hand over his mouth.
"Right. Yeah, you just take the piss. That's fine."
